3 pl谩tanos maduros triturados.
鈥 2 huevos.
鈥 2 tazas de harina de avena neutra.
鈥 1/2 taza de aceite de coco (derretido).
鈥 1/2 taza de yogur griego.
鈥 5 cdas de pasta de datil. 鈥 1 cda de levadura. 鈥 Una cda de canela en polvo.
鈥2 cd gr de cacao en polvo desgrasado.
馃崒 饾懛饾挀饾拞饾拺饾拏饾挀饾拏饾拕饾拪饾拹饾拸.
Precalentar el horno a 180掳
En la licuadora o batidora ponemos el platano triturado los dos huevos, el yogur, el aceite de coco y la pasta de d谩til, batimos todo muy bien y ponemos en un bowl y mezclamos con los ingredientes secos (harina, levadura, canela y cacao)  mezclamos todo muy bien con una esp谩tula o varillas, echamos la mezcla en  nuestro molde con un poco de papel para hornear, le he puesto por encima rodajas  de medio platano, lo llevamos al horno por una hora, o hasta que al pincharlo con un palillo este salga limpio.
