🚨FAILURE BREEDS SUCCESS🚨 .
Been working hard to improve my strength ever since I completed my physical therapy.. Had a HUGE 20lb PR the other day😤 it's only 265 but I haven't been able to hit that in like 2 years😒 .
I tried it once and failed midway. Rested for about 4 minutes and crushed it💪 that's how we do it💯 shoutout to the guy whose name I didn't get but see all the time😂 didn't ask him to spot me but he was kind enough to come over and ask. Always appreciate that kind of positive attitude👌after this little deload and reset I'm shooting for 300 in the summer. Most I've ever squatted was 285 at 125lbs body weight😂 that was when i was like 14💁 I've always had strong legs, partially genetics but a lot of it has to do with all the disciplined stances in my Karate training my whole life👊 .
It's Friday people!! Keep up the hard work through the weekend and reach them goals!🔥 don't forget to DRIVE😂 I've got some big surprises right around the corner.. Things are about to get saucy😅😤 be sure to follow so you don't miss out😏 .
I’ve been making a more conscious effort when it comes to using glass containers instead of plastic. We’ve all been hearing about how the chemicals in plastic can seep into our foods. And no it won’t kill you, but it can have some negative effects towards your health. And if we can make little adjustments in our daily lives in order to assure we are one step close to becoming a healthier version of ourselves, then why not do it? ⠀
A lot of things we buy in stores may come in plastic. I’ve been transferring these foods into glass containers as soon as I get home. The sooner I can get them out of plastic, the better I feel. 😅 Not only is this going to help with your health, but glass containers just look so much nicer on the counter or in the fridge 😇😆⠀
Pictured: tumeric, coriander (yes both came in a plastic bag), blueberries, macadamia nuts flaxseed, chia seeds, mangos. 🥭 ⠀
🐣 HAPPY EASTER 🐣
After a fun time this morning when I turned up to the airport without my passport (🙈) I’m finally in Italy (on a roundabout journey to my destination) for the weekend and then lucky enough to be off on the @lululemon Ambassador camp next week. 🤸🏼♂️ So all my classes are covered... BUT I am teaching @psyclelondon on Saturday 27th and have a really exciting workshop for you when I’m back...
Saturday 27th April:
10.30am Power Flow 75
2.15pm SOS WORKSHOP for muscle recovery! We will learn how to release tension, tightness, and create lasting flexibility and wellbeing in your body, even after years of working out! Through a mixture of mobility work, trigger point release, and yin, this workshop will help you learn how to reverse pain linked to tightness, improve posture, life quality and all your movement practices going forward. Duration: 2 hours. It’s definitely one to check out and it’s not a ‘yoga’ workshop!

Are any of my followers DBZ fans?!
This shirt allowed me to ascend to Super Sayian and CRUSH my workout
But really this is hands down my favorite shirt, and if you’ve been following me for awhile then you already know this because I’m always wearing it in my stories 🤩
I cropped it yesterday because it was getting EXTREMELY stretched out and I was having to tie it all the time so I chopped it (typical - I’m always cutting my shirts up 🤪)
S I D E N O T E:
my quads are getting out of control again
I need to cool it on front squats and leg extensions (which is really hard because front squats are my favorite)
I do love that I’ve kept so much muscle mass throughout this cut though, I’m thankful for that!
As I’ve said before, this is my very first cut so it’s been a learning process this far in.
I had basically been maintaining after my first clean bulk (clean bulking takes a bit longer but I hardly gained any excess fat so I didn’t have to cut 🙏🏼)
Then I bulked about a year after that - an extremely dirty bulk 🤦🏻♀️ I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted it - and I gained more than a few pounds of fluff! I weighed a little over 180 pounds and decided to do my first cut.
8 months later and here we are 💃🏻💃🏻
Bulking and cutting are necessary to gain muscle and lose fat. It can be so confusing, it literally took me years to feel confident about knowing when to bulk and cut.
If you have any questions about this PLEASE REACH OUT!
Summer is around the corner and I want to help you reach your goals 👙☀️
Helping others reach their goals literally makes me happier than reaching my own goals. There’s nothing better than assisting someone in learning how to fall in love with this process.
So please message me if you have any questions or concerns about ANYTHING health/fitness related! 💕💕
"Preparing for Passover we let go of chametz...the last crumbs of food that symbolize our ego. Those crumbs are the remnants of past hurts, losses, resentments, and old memories that block us. As I walk through these fields, I am releasing all of my crumbs and I am on my way to a Passover of real freedom. I wish all of you the same Happy Passover!" - Rabbi/Cantor Judy
