spanning from Boulder, to Ward,
to New Mexico, and to Indiana,
since the evening of
October 4, 2019.
I've been through

Youth Elder Councils,
Mayan Fire Ceremonies,
Flower Staff Blessing Ceremony,
Sacred Fire Tipi Ceremony,
Story-Telling Tipi Ceremony,
Women's Sweatlodge Ceremony,
Men's Sweatlodge Ceremony,
Mayan Cacau Mushroom Ceremony,
Collecting Grandfathers Ceremony,
Sacred Pipe Ceremonies,
Lakota Sweatlodge Ceremonies,
Lakota Wopila Ceremony,
Honoring of the Chiefs Ceremony,
and Lakota Yuwipi Ceremony.
And I have also been
in the continual Ceremony of Life
since 6:20 in the morning,
November 21st, 1969,
spanning from Los Angeles, CA,
to Tulsa, OK, to Madison, IN,
back to Tulsa, OK, and finally
back to Ward, CO.
I say "back" to Ward
because I have reason to believe
I have spent previous lives
thereabouts in the Ward area.
Yeah, my birthday is coming up,
the BIG Five Oh.
I've asked many Elders
how old they "feel" in their minds
as compared to physically,
and in general, it seems to me,
more times than not,
they say around twenty years
younger than they are.
And that rings true to me, too,
as my mind feels as if I'm 30-
I believe everybody needs Ceremony,
but lots simply do not know
how to get it in simple terms,
practical terms, no froo froo terms,
And that's where Life
and Daily Living come in.

how Wonderful You Are Ceremony.
These are examples
of the most important and valuable
Ceremonies you can do.
it is You and Your Life
that is the Ceremony.

Never get so caught up in the mundane world that you forget that you are magic. The big secret is to just be what you'd like to become. Embody it. Think as if you are, feel as if you are and become resolute in your embodiment and things change. Meditation helps to cement this mindset into permanency so that you dont continue to oscillate between who you are currently and who you would like to be. Circumstances will change, opportunities appear, intuition tells you what to do and you begin to attract friends and helpers to assist your level up, and sometimes you follow the right instagram page with the right info and tools you need to become the best version of yourself *clears throat loudly* 😉😉

Ahh Monday 🍁 - I greet you with #gratitude and a #willingness to begin again. Lately, it’s been coming up that many of you feel as though you aren’t able to “stick to” a #healthylifestyle or a #nourishing diet. I hear the shame, and the way you beat yourselves up with disappointment for not being “consistent”. Especially after the weekends, we tend to let the “rules” go “have a cheat day” and “get back to it on Monday”. However, the #joy and #selflove doesn’t seem to be a result of those choices. What I’ve noticed is that many of us make the opposite choice of what we think will bring us satisfaction, but in fact it does the opposite. I myself do this as well. (Especially when it comes to wine 😬🍷) - #IntuitiveEating is not just another diet, or way to regulate your food. IT IS IN FACT THE WAY WE WERE BUILT TO EAT FOOD. - What if when Friday rolled around we shifted nothing in our diets except the continued willingness to love our bodies, and eat what makes us feel physically & emotionally well? What if we did that 7 days a week? What if every choice, was one that became very very simple?! - “What does my body need right now to feel nourished?” And then what if before every meal we blessed our food? “Thank you universe for this food and for every piece of nature and every person that played a role in bringing this to my plate”. 🍁

Friends, I asked what wisdom would serve our highest and best good today and throughout this week, and we got the “Completion” reading from the Mystical Shaman Oracle deck.
“All things have a beginning, a middle, and an end....Clinging to the old form will bring only decay....You know that it is time to move on, yet are reluctant. Do not be afraid of hurting anyone’s feelings. Remember that you are responsible for your actions, not the actions of others. Mourn what is lost so you can move on.”
We so often hesitate to complete something and move on because we’re afraid we’ll hurt someone’s feelings. What I’ve come to learn is that if something is not for my highest and best good, it’s also not for the highest and best good of anyone else involved. .
It can be very challenging to let go and move on whether that involves a relationship, a project, a habit, a belief pattern, or anything else. But this is a wonderful time to do so! We can call on the Spirit of Autumn to assist us. .
We can look at nature and receive inspiration by the way the trees shed their leaves at this time of year. We can tap into this natural cycle of completion and letting go and ask to be gifted the willingness to complete any cycle in our lives that has reached its fullness. .
By doing so we can be FREE of what no longer serves us and make way for new dreams and visions. It can be joyful and fun! 🍂💪🏼

"One of the most insidious aspects of ghosting is that it doesn’t just cause you to question the validity of the relationship you had, it causes you to question yourself". How do you move forward?
The important thing to remember is that when someone ghosts you, it says nothing about you or your worthiness for love and everything about the person doing the ghosting. It shows he or she doesn’t have the courage to deal with the discomfort of their emotions or yours, and they either don't understand the impact of their behavior or worse don’t care. In any case, they have sent you an extremely loud message that says: I don’t have what it takes to have a mature healthy relationship with you. Be the better person, retain your dignity, and let him or her go peacefully.
Don’t allow someone else’s bad behavior to rob you of a better future by losing your vulnerability and shutting yourself off from another relationship. Keep your energy focused on doing what makes you happy. Know that if you are someone who treats people with respect and integrity then the ghoster simply wasn’t on your wavelength and someone better is coming your way, as long as you keep your heart open and your focus forward.

Well we can't always have good days right? Nothing can be perfect or life would be boring. It's been 7 months and I haven't had any issues with my tummy, but for our Anniversary yesterday I ate Mexican and well 🤣.
