Kind of a follow on from not being normal. People don’t get the whole “I track my food” “I train x times per week” “I wanna get as big as possible to then get as diced as possible”. Most don’t understand the effort and graft it takes day in, day out. -

It’s fine to not get it, it’s fine to not do it. But don’t undermine the people doing it. It’s something that most people can do but most don’t, it’s too much effort. -
