I started adding our new Amino Acids - BCAA "Sculpt" with my 3 easy steps on November 1st. I do workout 4-5 days a week, but I also did so in the picture from August. I do watch my carbs most days but not always. I had Mexican with my friends today 🌮🤭😂🤷♀️. Lifestyle changes can be very hard and they are also like riding a roller coaster. Ups, downs, turns, unexpected flips, but when you decide, most days, to really give your body the attention it deserves, hard work and dedication has it's rewards. I am only 5-6 lbs lighter compared to then but I've lost over 12 inches! Throw your scales away! Weight is just a number.
I'm so thankful for those 3 easy steps with the added Sculpt! I'll be 45 my next birthday and I am in the best shape of my life! I have truly never felt better!
So thankful I decided to make a change when I did. Not one single regret. <3

This lovely little spin on the original K.I.S.S. acronym (Keep it simple, stupid.) came from @mikerobertson, a coach I’ve follow for years.
I love it, because when it comes down to their fitness and nutrition, most people aren’t stupid. They just tend to overcomplicate things in an effort to get a little “sexier”.
Misinformed, impatient, stubborn… you might check some of those boxes, but I know you’re not stupid.
So you probably know by now that what you put in your mouth matters the most. But maybe you’ve overcomplicated it in the past, opting for restrictive diets you couldn’t sustain or even just trying to outtrain your poor diet with flashy workouts you either weren’t ready for or just didn’t work🙅🏻♂️
Keep it simple, sexy.
That’s the first thing I thought of when I saw some infographics from @marcienevin and @jadeteta that brought together some of the best and simplest options for “fat loss” foods💥
What makes a good fat loss food?
All of these foods also offer a ton of flexibility, so they can be made to your preferences and switched up as often as you like so you don’t get bored💁🏻♂️
They work best when you’re preparing them yourself and avoiding high calorie, processed ingredients👩🏻🍳
