Even last day and rain didn’t stopped me from #training this morning....
Shoulders triceps and core #workout using #resistancebands ...
This is only couple of the #exercises i did ...
Its funny but i miss my #iron and #dumbells already... #gymaddict cant stay too long from them unfortunately lol
But at least I didn’t make any excuses not to train or do cardio...
And hopefully i am a #motivation for my clients and people that go for easy way outs and a lot of excuses but its up too Us to change that and train our ass off....
