𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.
I mean, I should be reminded of this every day, right?
However, checking notifications of my 8 Weeks to Lean online group clients and what they've gained over the last number of weeks created a kind of 'real' moment.
I'm not really sure what my aim is as a coach; something i've mulled over at times. ⠀⠀
I help people get stronger.
I help people lose weight & fat.
I help people with their mindset.
I help people gain muscle.
I help people improve their health.
I educate, listen, and guide.
A coach, mentor, a friend. ⠀⠀
Each hat is used when it's needed.
But sometimes it's a lonely job, especially in an industry that you can sometimes feel massively outnumbered by people hellbent on robbing people of their money, mental health, physical health, and more.
I know i'm not though. I'm part of a massive community of great people. Some are my friends, some I chat with online, some I learn and admire.
This morning, reading someone say "𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗥𝗼𝘆, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲" is a strong reminder of the position i'm in can be a powerful and important one.
One that can take on a lot of responsibility, late nights, emotionally draining days, but...
I wouldn't change it one bit.
Thank you for your attention and time that you have invested in me.
I'll continue to invest back to you.

1/ lunch with my sister

TrY these for a month every day whenever you remember and see how your life changes 💫✨

A great reminder to always be kind to others.
You don’t know what others are going through they might of lost someone close, had no sleep due to a sick baby or got some terrible news. Whatever the reason just notice how you react to others when they are not in the best space.
Remember everyone is doing the best they can in the moment and knowledge they have. But once we start becoming more aware we can come from a higher place. We can always choose how we react to any situation.
Spread kindness ❤️

It’s the little things in life that make a big difference...⠀
Last night, I cried for the first time in ages. I’m not telling you this because I want sympathy - I’m just telling you because a lot of people think that being a positive person means you never feel low. But my sudden little outburst was simply because I’m feeling overwhelmed right now.⠀
I’ve got so much going on in my life at the moment and this week’s to-do list contains way more things than I could possibly fit in. A lot of the things commanding my time lately are bloody awesome, but some are pretty poop, and my health conditions are trying their best to rear their ugly little heads again.🙄 I have ME/CFS and neutropenia, for those of you who didn’t already know.⠀
I’m usually brilliant at keeping the health conditions under control and I’m definitely more fit and healthy than I ever thought I would be back when I was first diagnosed in my early teen years. So I have no doubt I’ll be 100% fine again soon.💪🏼⠀
Anyway, something that helps me get rid of any crappy negative thoughts is spending some time each day to reflect on what’s happened and how I’m feeling.🧘🏼♀️ ⠀
So when I saw this little book in @lovewilko yesterday I gravitated towards it, thinking it was just a cute notepad (shout out to my fellow stationery lovers 🙋🏼♀️😜), but it’s actually a kind of mini gratitude journal.💖 ⠀
There’s space to write down three things you are thankful for each day, and I bloody love it!⠀
Even on days that might seem completely filled with crap there will always be something to be grateful for. Look for the rainbow in every storm.💞
