Baked oatmeal waffles with only THREE ingredients! Hint: they are basically porridge baked into crispy and soft waffle shapes. I like dousing my waffles in maple syrup and freshly made almond butter from @thesourcedickson / @thesourcebulkfoods! The recipe is in the link in my bio.

❣️ In a bowl, add 1 cup mashed potatoes, 2tbsp chopped onions, capsicum, carrot each, 1tbsp chopped green chillies, salt to taste, 1/2tbsp red chilli powder, 1tbsp Coriander powder, 1tbsp black pepper, 1tbsp aamchur, Coriander leaves, mix everything well.
❣️ Now add, 1cup bread crumbs, and mix, add 2tbsp gram flour and mix.
❣️ Take small portions and give any shape of your choice to it and shallow fry from both the sides and serve.

A ver si me atempero, que quiero comer, carajo. Hoy me rindo a la sencillez con una pasta al ajillo (si tenéis trucos para que pille saborazo, soy todo oídos y amor). Por cierto, estos tagliatelle de Martinelli son maravillosos. Tienen una textura firme y elástica, muy parecida a la pasta japonesa, que me rechifla, ¡probadlos!

Chicken Pot Pie Soup is a favourite of mine, it's so flavorful and creamy full of roasted veggies and fresh herbs. I usually serve it with crusty toasted ciabatta with a sprinkling of parmesan - YUM!
