German braunschweiger - think smoked spreadable liverwurst with bacon (picture 2)
Garlic sausage is back and don’t forget the German style Bockwurst and Cajun Boudin.
Canellonie mit Putenhackfleisch-Mören Füllung, in einer leichten Sauce

Dauer: 15min + 30min im Backofen

Mören schälen und kleinreiben.
Mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer ins Hackfleisch mischen.
Die Canellonie direkt befüllen und in eine gebutterte Auflaufform legen.

Die Menge der Sauce ist von der Größe der Auflaufform abhängig. Hauptsache ist dabei, dass die Canellonie vollständig von der Sauce bedeckt sind.
Bei mir sind es : 2 Packungen Sauce  Hollandaise  2 x fettarme Kochsahne  2 Päckchen Paprikakräuter  500 ml Wasser  Etwas Salz
Alles mit einander vermischen und die Canellonie damit begießen.
Für 30 min in den vorgewärmten Backofen.

🍑 Persimmon Yogurt Bowl
So I have had persimmon ONCE and omg I was immediately in love 😍 But I was NEVER able to find them in stores again...they were always out! ❌ Yesterday, I was at the Indian Store and BAM! I found some persimmons & I was sooo happy 😃 So I bought 3 🤷🏽‍♀️

🍹 Healthy Mango Margaritas
⏲ Under 5 mins | Serves 4
My favorite thicc margaritas to make at home 😋 They’re HEALTHY, they’re CHEAP, & they’re DELICIOUS 🙌🏼 These margaritas have NO added sugars...these babies are naturally sweetened with mangos 🥭 Made these at home for the Super Bowl 🏟 & they were a hit (unlike the game...).

Tasty Deetz💃🏼
▫️4 cups Frozen Mangos, cubed
▫️6 oz Tequila (@josecuervotequila)
▫️3 oz Triple Sec
▫️2 Freshly-Squeezed Limes
▫️1/2 cup Coconut Water (@vitacoco)
▫️4-6 Ice Cubes
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Blend everything together in a high-speed blender! I use my @ninjakitchen Professional Blender. Add more or less coconut water depending on your preferred consistency.
This should make a pretty thicc smoothie👌🏼🍑
Garnish with a lime wedge & some chili-lime salt🧂
🍠 Sweet Potato Fries with Spicy Mayo

Who’s got game day plans tomorrow!? 🏈 Need to bring some snacks to the party?! Well here’s a healthy & delicious option 🍟 Snack on these while you cheer on your favorite team (or while you’re forced to cheer on a team you could care less about...😅) But these fries sure will lift anyone’s spirits🙋🏽‍♀️

Game-Day Deets👇🏼
Sweet Potato Fries:
▫️2 large Sweet Potatoes
▫️1/2 cup Cornstarch
▫️2 tsp Salt
▫️2 tsp Garlic Powder
▫️1 tsp Smoked Paprika
▫️4 tbsp Olive Oil
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Spicy Mayo:
▫️1/3 cup Avocado Mayo (@chosenfoods)
▫️2 tbsp Sriracha
▫️2 tsp Lemon Juice
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Start off by prepping your sweet potatoes & cutting them into thin fries. Then in a bowl, add in all the remaking ingredients. Use tour hands to evenly coat all the fries.
In your air fryer (@gourmia), add in your fries. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you want to make sure the fries aren’t overlapping each other & are evenly spread. (You may have to cook in a few batches).
Cook them at 400° for 15 mins each, shaking them halfway through.
Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the spicy mayo.
Serve with some fresh parsley & everything bagel seasoning (@wholefoods) 😋

🥗 Cauliflower Steak Salad

Not sure why it took me so long to make cauliflower steaks but omg! 🤩 Probs one of the tastiest salads I have ever had...🤤 It was so easy & the dressing was just 👌🏼 This has felt like the longest week ever...but I’m hanging in there...so close to the weekend!🏃🏽‍♀️

Roasted Cauliflower Steaks:
▫️1 head of Cauliflower
▫️3 tbsp Tahini
▫️2 cloves Garlic, minced
▫️2 tbsp Olive Oil
▫️Seasonings - Salt, Smoked Paprika, & Turmeric
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Garlic Lemon Dressing:
▫️2 tbsp Avocado Mayo
▫️1 tbsp Lemon Juice
▫️1 clove Garlic, minced
▫️Seasonings - Salt & Pepper
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Roasted Cauliflower Steaks - Preheat oven to 450°. Start off by prepping your cauliflower & cutting them into 4 steaks (sometimes it doesn’t work out & you only get 2-3 intact steaks, nothing wrong with that!). Then in a small bowl, add in the remaining ingredients. Use a brush to coat each side of your steaks with the tahini mixture. Lay on a baking sheet & roast in the oven for 20 mins.
Garlic Lemon Dressing - Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Salad - For my salad, I laid down some greens, topped it with 2 cauliflower steaks, cilantro, & the garlic lemon dressing 😋

🍫 Chocolate Oatmeal Protein Bowl

So much creamy chocolatey bliss in this oatmeal bowl...😍 I’m truly in heaven 👼🏼 It’s got chocolate protein powder AND caffeine! Like what more could you want?? Combine the oats, milk, brown sugar, & syrup together in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 1/2 mins - 2 mins.
Add in the remaining ingredients & mix well.
Top with banana slices, raw almond butter (@maranathanutbutters) , sliced almonds (@natureseats), & hemp seeds (@manitobaharvest) 👏🏼
🍌 Mocha Banana Protein Shake

Drinking protein shakes doesn’t have to be disgusting! 😬 It can be super delicious & still healthy! This shake is PACKED with lots of protein as well as other nutrients. It’s great as a morning breakfast or as a post-workout snack 💪🏼 And just look at that froth! 🤩

▫️1 cup Brewed Coffee, chilled (@bulletproof)

▫️2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk)
▫️2 scoops Unflavored Protein Powder (@myproteinus)

🍝 Baked Basil Pesto Pasta

Happy Monday! ✨ Need ideas for a super simple yet DELICIOUS & CRUNCHY dinner?? Don’t worry, I gotchu 😉 This baked pasta dish takes less than 20 mins to make & minimal effort 👌🏼 It’s crunchy, creamy, & clearly the perfect dinner🍴 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Recipe📝
▫️1 Box Rotini Pasta (@eatbanza)
▫️1/2 bunch Asparagus
▫️2 cloves Garlic
▫️1/3 Basil Pesto Sauce (@mezzetta)
▫️1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk)
▫️Handful of Baby Spinach
▫️1/3 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (@progresso)
▫️1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (@kraft.naturalcheese)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preheat broiler oven to 500°.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Wash all your produce. Toss the bottom ends of the asparagus & cut the remaining in half. Mince or chop your garlic.
In a cast iron skillet, add some olive oil & the asparagus. Cook for 1-2 mins before adding in the garlic. Cook for another minute & season with salt & pepper.
Then add in you milk & pesto. Stir evenly for roughly 5 mins. Then add in your cooked pasta & the spinach. Coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Cook until sauce has thickened & pasta is evenly coated. In a mixing bowl, add in your breadcrumbs & Parmesan, as well as a tsp of olive oil. Mix evenly.
Once pasta is ready, sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top in an even layer.
Place your skillet in the oven & broil for roughly 3-4 mins (until top is golden brown).
Serve & enjoy! 😋

🍠 Sweet Potato Egg Nests

Finally bought my self a spiralizer! 😁 Took me long enough but it’s so easy to make your own noodles & definitely more cost effective in the long run 🏃🏽‍♀️ Made some sweet potato noodles with Pete and Gerry’s Free-Range Organic Eggs. They’re eggs are also certified humane! ✅ Great way to start off your weekend! #sponsered

▫️1 Sweet Potato, spiralized
▫️4 Free-Range Brown Eggs (@peteandgerrys)
▫️1 Avocado, sliced
▫️Seasonings- Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, Smoked Paprika, Salt & Pepper
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cook the SP noodles in a pan for roughly 2 mins. (I cooked them in batches of 2). Then add in all the seasonings. Cook for another 2-3 minutes & then separate into two little “nests”. Crack in an egg into each nest. Cover for a little to let the egg whites set.
Serve with a some sliced avocado. Sprinkle some salt & pepper & everything bagel seasoning (@wholefoods). Garnish with cilantro.
