This #TransformationTuesday is not so good. But it’s real!!! So I’m sharing to help myself and anyone else who is having a tough time during their weight loss journey right now. I’ve gained 20lbs since this time last year. 😩😩😩 I was working sooo hard to get to my goal weight and just kept going the wrong way. Which of course is frustrating. And what do we do when frustrated. #GiveUp
The good news is that as many times as I have given up in the past year I’ve also pushed myself to get back to it.
The change in my lifestyle, as far as eating and exercising are concerned, never completely went of course. #ThatsAPlus
That made getting back on track a lil easier.
The moral of the story: #NeverQuit
Setbacks will happen. You’re not always going to be positive or happy or in the perfect circumstances to exercise.
There are days where I feel like 💩
When I don’t like what I see in the mirror.
Days where folks are still trying to be the opposite of “My Peace”
But I won’t let any of that stop me.
