163 lbs/74 kg for my top set double @ RPE 8 yesterday. 💁♀️
I was actually shocked by how easy the first rep was and considered racking it to double check the weight. 😅
I’m always suspicious when PRs move that easily. (My heaviest double to date). But nope. My bench really is just getting better. 🤷♀️

KILLER LEG DAY OH MY MY.
The other day when I did legs I was planning on doing quads & glutes but I pushed myself too hard and too early in the workout and couldn’t do any glute exercises. After doing chest/shoulders yesterday I just decided to do some hamstrings & glutes today.

2️⃣ Barbell wide stance stiff leg deadlift
3️⃣ Seated leg curl
4️⃣ Kettleball Swings
5️⃣ B stance kettleball deadlift
6️⃣ Hip abduction
Felt good and happy to be getting into the groove it all at the gym ❤️
