Forgot to post my workout from Thursday between classes! I’m super proud of my stair stepper because it used to be that I couldn’t do more than 3 minutes without quitting. I’m up to 9 minutes (2 minutes was with 2 1 minute breaks between sets).
It’s a mood for the rest of the week because carbs finally get to go up 🤟
Ready to fill out before show and not feel so depleted but also gonna get those sick ass pumps because carbs are life.
Although this past week might be pure madness from getting back on routine after vacation, midterm projects due, and working a bunch. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Being busy makes the time go by faster and I thrive when under pressure.
So here’s to peak week officially about to start and showcasing all the hard work for. Then right back to work after show day for northern naturals in Ohio. .
So I knew we were gonna be pretty busy today so I got up at 3 to go to the gym so both Matt and I could get a really good workout in. While I was driving I had a thought that this is the behind the scenes that most people don’t see. Usually when i post a comparison picture I’ll have people ask me what I did to get those results. It doesn’t happen by magic even though I’m sure most people wish it was a quick fix. It’s getting up when I don’t always want to, it’s eating chicken when I’d rather eat pizza, it’s giving myself a pep talk at 3 am to get my ass up and go put in that work. This shit takes time, dedication and hard work. This is an old photo, I was just starting to make good progress ... then I got injuries.
— Generally feeling a little low at the moment because I’ve injured my wrist and also my knee which might take a little while heal. 😩 It’s so easy to ignore these things and keep doing more damage to your body but I know I’ve got to be patient and give it rest... even though I feel weaker right now and like I’m limited with what I can do I know I will back stronger 👊🏼
