Where has 6 weeks eeeeven gone 🤷🏼♀️
However, I am FINALLY starting to notice physical changes in how I’m looking, and seeing the progress which has been made over the last 6 months or so. 💪🏻however there is still much more work to be done 👀
Overall I’m feeling GOOD, but training is definitely feeling a lot harder, but with log book in hand, I refuse to let my numbers from previous sessions decrease! Especially on leg days, I’ve now pushes UP my smith lunges to 100kg for working sets 😝🔥
This whole process is making me more excited and determined to get on stage next year, especially seeing so many of you guys on prep 😬 but first, we smash this cut and then smash my first proper off season .....
