Na cesto budete potrebovať: 🚩160 g studeného masla NIKA nastrúhaného na hrubom strúhadle
🚩280 g hladkej múky - prípadne špaldovej 🚩8 PL ľadovej vody
Na náplň:
🚩150 g bryndze NIKA
🚩250 ml sladkej smotany
🚩2 vajcia
🚩soľ
🚩čierne korenie
🚩2 – 3 vetvičky čerstvého tymianu
📌 Okrem toho: kruhová forma na pečenie, 1 šálka suchých strukovín na „slepé“ pečenie cesta, papier na pečenie
Postup:
Z múky a nahrubo nastrúhaného chladného masla urobte cesto. Po častiach k nemu pridávajte ľadovú vodu. Z cesta vytvarujte placku, zabaľte ju do potravinárskej fólie a nechajte odpočinúť
v chladničke minimálne 1 hodinu. Dosku si mierne pomúčte, z cesta vyvaľkajte kruh, ktorý by mal byť o niečo väčší ako forma. Cesto preneste do formy, vytiahnite do bokov okraje cesta. Cesto popichajte rovnomerne vidličkou, zakryte ho papierom na pečenie v tvare kruhu a posypte suchými strukovinami, ktoré pri predpečení cesta zabezpečia, že sa nevyduje a zostane rovné. Cesto predpečte v rúre vyhriatej na 200 °C / 20 minút. Potom odstráňte papier so strukovinami a pečte ešte 5 minút. V miske premiešajte sladkú smotanu s vajcami, pridajte
bryndzu, čierne korenie, štipku soli a premiešajte. Náplň nalejte na predpečené cesto, posypte ju lístočkami tymianu a pečte ešte 20 minút. Koláč nechajte po upečení chvíľu postáť a až potom nakrájajte. Chutí výborne vlažný, ale aj studený. Dobrú chuť.😍🍽️

Water is essential for life and makes up a large proportion of the human body, around 60% for men and 50-55% for women. In the body water as many functions including:
• transport of nutrients
• regulating temperature
• removing waste

Because your body loses water through breathing, sweating urinating and digesting food, it's really important to drink enough throughout the day otherwise the body will become dehydrated. Studies have shown that at 1% dehydration (1% of body weight), there is risk of negative effects on physical and mental function. When dehydrated, the body signals the kidneys to reduce the amount of water lost via the urine, the more dehydrated you are, the darker your urine will become.

The images above from the British Nutrition Foundation provides information for children, teenagers and adults on different ways to stay hydrated. However, we can get water from food as well as drink, it's estimated that 20% of our daily water intake comes from the food we consume. Therefore it's important to eat foods with a high water content such as: • fruits and vegetables (80-95% water)
• soups and broths (92% water)
• plain yoghurt (88% water)
• cottage cheese (80% water)

The Eat well Guide recommends consuming 6-8 glasses of water a day, however if you find it difficult to achieve this, remember that you can get a lot of water from the foods you eat!
