Ova kiša je sjajna stvar za apetit. Aki peče hot krilca sa slasnim paprikama i krompirom, a ja mutim Tiramisu. Vidim blisku budućnost u kojoj omazujem dno tepsije i prstima hvatam one hrskave krompiriće iako u tanjiru već imam gomilicu ali ne mogu da se sudržim, slatko mi je tako. Svaki zalogaj zalivam kremastim pivom i prepričavam dan sa svojim dragim. Takve su vikend večeri ovih dana. Vi što izlazite želim vam sjajan provod i uvek slobodan taxi. Srećan vikend svima!

Crust (from the amazing @nadiashealthykitchen 🙏🏻):
🍓110 Grams (3/4 Cup) oat flour
🍓2 Tbsps melted coconut oil
🍓2 Tbsps Date/Maple syrup
🍓A pinch of salt
🍓Your favorite jam (I used homemade Strawberry jam)
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, mix the crust ingredients until combined. Divide the mixture between 6 silicone muffin cups and press each one into a crust shape. Bake the crusts for 12 minutes. Take them out of the oven and let them cool. Add 1-2 tsps of the jam to the middle of every crust, and cover it with vegan yogurt. Put the muffin pan/cups in the freezer to set for at least 2 hours. Serve and enjoy 😍

Throwback to the Lampuki season, or Dorado as this delicious fish is called outside of Malta. One of my favourite ways to cook this fish is with a lemon and basil marinade which puts a fantastic summery taste 👌
It's Friday guys!! And you know what your weekend deserves?? A super quick and easy to make Skillet Cookie with the most gorgeous crackly crust, slightly underbaked middle, and crispy, lacy edges.
