Fat grafting! When we take fat from one area and inject it into another to add volume or improve contours! I love using the revolve system for fat grafting cases. I find my patients get better results and it saves me time in the operating room, which improves patient safety!
Started my day off with these two cuties.
I took the last two weeks off from the gym. Not because I had too, but because I got lazy. I think I felt a little entitled to take it off. I thought, well, I have been so on point, so good with my eating, so awesome with my exercise that I deserve a break.
I was wrong. I went back yesterday for my first train and I felt all types of physically hurt, mentally beat, and disappointment. I wanted to tear myself apart. But I didn’t!
Between my husband and my amazing trainer, I learnt from the situation with a positive attitude.
It’s okay to take a step back, however, now I need to work much harder to get to where I was two weeks ago.
I will do it.
I will not beat my self up for being human.
I will make mistakes along the way and use them to help me grow stronger!
This morning’s workout sucked. I was frustrated and struggling doing basic exercises like planks. I hate when I can’t do something. The good news is, I sucked it up and got my ass back in there tonight to get a 2nd workout. Obviously I’ve got no guns 💪🏼 yet...but I’ll get there! #noquitting#workitout#flabtofit
GOOGLE IS NOT YOUR COACH! 🧐
There is so much misinformation and “broscience” mixed in with hidden gems of legitimate fitness information that an individual can not only get completely overwhelmed with which general training and nutrition plan to follow, but also not see the desired results in his/her physique.
When you hire a coach you are hiring a fitness professional whom you trust based on their knowledge and experience helping others achieve their goals.
Not everyone needs a coach, but if you want to get outside your comfort zone and take your fitness to another level then it’s necessary.
Bottom line...we always get what we pay for.
