Essa foto do antes e depois não é do meu depois atual. Ela tem cerca de 4 meses. E hoje considero que estou com um corpo mais perto do meu objetivo.
Mas, a grande questão delas é que representam o meu primeiro resultado. E mais e isso o meu primeiro momento de mudança de me cuidar, de me amar, de uma forma verdadeira.
Ah, Bruna vc precisava emagrecer para se amar? Você tem que amar seu corpo como ele é.
E sim, isto não está incorreto.
Eu sempre me vesti como quis, sempre usei o que deveria e gostei do meu corpo.
Mas a imagem que eu via no espelho na primeira foto nao representava o que eu queria ser.
Ali no antes tínhamos uma Bruna, insegura, cheia de medos e completamente ansiosa e com uma verdadeira compulsão alimentar. Uma Bruna que se alimentava de emoções e comia pra esquecer.
4 Mindset Shifts to Master Your Diet for Life (instead of 12 weeks)
Being healthy is NOT a result that you “accomplish.”
...It’s not an 12 week plan, or a 30 day challenge, or a 7 day cleanse.
...It’s not like, “OK, I focus on it now and then can forget about it later.”
It’s a LIFE-LONG PRACTICE!
...It’s a skill you must develop and practice over the course of your entire life.
...It’s the “forever plan.”
That’s NOT big and scary and daunting.
If you want to truly evolve, here are 4 things you need to do:
1️⃣ Shift your mindset
The majority of us approach dieting with a fixed mindset. We either “can” or “can’t” do it.
If you cultivate a growth mindset you believe that you can develop through your own efforts.
You need to plan and prepare. That means choosing what you’re going to eat for each meal and having it ready.
I'm not saying that you’re going to be perfect all the time, but at least you’ll be prepared.
3️⃣ Focus on the process, not the results
When you say you want to lose 10 pounds, 20 pounds, 50 pounds, whatever - you’re valuing your results over the process of getting there.
Instead, commit to the process of mastering your diet instead of the result of losing weight.
4️⃣ Invest in your mistakes
You will make mistakes, so use them as an opportunity to bounce back and gain feedback. Instead of spiraling into self loathing, or trying to restrict yourself for a few days, just go right back to the thing that’s healthy for you.

2. It helps regulate body temperature
3. It flushes body waste
4. last but not least helps with weight loss, so many other benefits come when drinking water !! So stay hydrated guys 💧

I am beyond impressed that this showed up in our mailbox today! She bakes the girls cookies when they ace tests, she gives them hand written notes complimenting their hard work and wishing them the best, and now she has sent us a hand written letter about Alexa! She clearly knows our daughter well and took the time and energy to send this to us!
This is above and beyond her job description! This is a teacher that leads with heart and truly cares about her students! This is almost unheard of from a high school teacher!
Beyond grateful for her....she is one of the ones that will make a long term impact on my girls!
I just can’t even begin to express my gratitude for teachers! ♥️

ANKLE WEIGHTS FOR THE WIN.🍑
✨BENEFITS of ankle weights & HOW I use them in my workout routine is LIVE ON THE BLOG🤸🏻♀️
This is a short circuit to show how I use these lil wonder weights in my workout routine.
4 exercises. Aim for 3 rounds for a full-body burn🔥🔥🔥
1️⃣Donkey kicks. 16 reps per side.
⭐️After the last rep, hold for 20 mini pulses for that extra burn😉
(More about mini pulses in my post)
2️⃣Corner kicks. 16 reps per side.
⭐️Same thing as the donkey kicks...20 mini pulses after the last rep each side. One of my favs...hits the obliques AND the bum.
3️⃣Mountain Climbers. 50-60 total reps.
⭐️The HIIT move. The added resistance gives you more of a challenge & further strengthens your core.
4️⃣2 Leg drops/raises + 2 crunches. 10 total reps. (2 drops + 2 crunches=1 rep)
⭐️ABS.CORE. More core engagement & again, further strengthens your core.
