Mon plus grand rêve à moi.. Se serait de tout laisser et partir faire le tour du monde. Juste avec une valise lol, une sacré organisation mais c'est tout ce que j'aime. Ne plus avoir à me dire aller debout faut aller bosser.. Me reveiller a bali, au japon ou a New York et me dire meuf ta réussi. Vivre et voyager en travaillent pour moi. Mais c'est un rêve que je compte bien réaliser un jour... 🛠🔥 .

Here's a list of some great options for carbs, protein and fat, and even some options if you're looking for a mixture of carbs/protein or protein/fat!

Now here’s a little breakdown of each macro:

Carbs help provide us with energy, and have 4 calories per gram, so if you eat 250g of carbs a day, that contributes 1,000 total calories (250g x 4 cals per g = 1,000).

Fats help support hormones, and have 9 calories per gram. Fat is the most calorically dense macro. If you eat 80g fat everyday, that contributes to 720 calories (80g x 9 cals per g = 720).

Protein helps repair the muscles after we workout, and has 4 calories per gram. If you eat 150g protein everyday, that contributes to 600 calories (150 x 4 cals per g = 600).

Решила поделится рецептом своего блинчика здесь, потому что каждый день в direct приходит куча сообщений, с просьбой скинуть рецепт, ловите 😉

Ингредиенты:
▫️геркулес - 60 гр
▫️яйцо - 1 шт
▫️творог мягкий -50 гр
▫️молоко 1,5% - на глаз
⠀
Для начинки: (она может быть любая)
▪️творог мягкий - 100 гр
▪️банан - 1 шт
▪️сироп без сахара
⠀
СПОСОБ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ:
В блендер высыпать овсянку, добавить яйцо, творог, залить молоком и все хорошо перемешать. Вылить на антипригарную сковороду получившуюся смесь, жарить под крышкой по 2 минуты с каждой стороны. После выкладываем блин на тарелку, смазываем оставшимся мягким творогом, нарезаем и кладём банан, поливаем сверху сиропом!
