Here are my favorite free weight medial and front deltoid shoulder exercises. Normally I use cable machines rather than free weights because cable machines provide resistance which is better than free weights but today I decided to change it up a bit. I only did one exercise that targets the front deltoid because the front deltoid gets hit when I do flat bench press and dumbbell incline bench press. -
• lateral shoulder raises: 4 sets of 15 reps
• front shoulder raises: 8 sets of 15 reps
• barbell upright row: 4 sets of 10 reps
• i don’t even know what the last exercise is called but it targets the medial deltoid: 4 sets of 15 reps

Freie Gewichte oder Maschinen?
Dieser Frage stellen sich grade Anfänger oft. Dem Muskel ist es im Grunde genommen egal ob man freie Gewichte oder Maschinen benutzt. Bei genug Volumen und einer guten range of motion wächst er. Trotzdem kennt fast jeder Trainerende die Situation, wenn man an einer Maschine zum ersten mal trainiert und man sich fragt für welche anatomischen Begebenheiten diese Gemacht ist. Oft fühlen sich diese Bewegungen unnatürlich und nicht gut an. Das ist ein großer Vorteil an freien Gewichten. Du kannst die Bewegung so ausführen, dass es zu deiner individuellen Anatomie passt. Jedoch ist man bei Maschinen stabiler, verschwendet keine Kraft zum Stabilisieren und kann dementsprechend mehr Gewicht verwenden. Wenn ihr zum Beispiel eine richtig gut zu euch passende Maschine habt bei der Ihr den vollen Bewegungsradius des Muskels nutzen könnt ohne jegliche Schmerzen zu haben, dann ist diese objektiv besser für die Entwicklung des belasten Muskels geeignet. Das liegt einfach daran, dass ihr euch zu 100% darauf konzentrieren könnt, das Gewicht zu bewegen ohne stabilisieren zu müssen. Dies ist leider seltend der Fall. Deswegen ist es wichtig die Bewegung zu kennen um optimal euren Zielmuskel zu treffen. Um das zu lernen sollte man anfangs auch anfangen leichte Erfahrungen mit freien Gewichten machen um dann auch einschätzen zu können ob eine Maschine gut für euch ist. Trotzdem sind Maschinen für Anfänger die ohne Trainer traineren gut, da man deutlich weniger Fehler machen kann und gezielt Muskulatur Trainert. Dazu kommt noch, dass es meist für die Senen, Bänder und Gelenke besser ist. Freihantel Training ist also im Allgemeinen professioneller da man mehr Zwischenmuskulatur für die richtige Ausführung brauchst.
