Check out this stat! 70% of people that start a fitness plan quit😱 Don’t be the majority. You may not see the results in front of you now, but the change you desire is happening. Tough not having a spotter for a heavy chest day, but you must power through it. If you can find a spotter or grab your gym buddy, I would😁
