Round 2 because that's how we do (I'm so corny 😂). I actually could say 3 since I did half hour of shoulder rehab today. My shoulder held up well today. If anything my bicep tendon hurt more. I didn't even tell y'all about that injury or did I? I'm a whole ass mess 😂. Hopefully that's getting better too. I wonder if there's rehab for that? Stupid beach gym trainers pushed me too hard on biceps while my shoulder was injured and the 4 corners of tendons around my elbow got swollen and bruised. I will say even before that that area had felt a bit tender on push ups, planks, tricep kicks, etc but it never actually did all that before
