Chloe started her gym journey back in April, this picture was taken the first day she came with me to the gym and has had many many more sessions with me since then! She has two beautiful little girls and is generally just a pretty awesome human!

A few years ago when I first started lifting, I was nervous to get “too bulky” 💪🏼
After I got done knowing that is nearly impossible for women, I have consistently lifted for 3 now.
It wasn’t until today that I completely busted through another limiting belief that I couldn’t lift heavier weights.
I always played it safe with my 20s and today for some reason I built up the courage to try out 60s.
I know huge increase from before but what I realized is that our bodies will only take us as far as our mind let’s us.
If you want to break a personal record you must first shift your mindset and believe it’s possible.
