Last weekend, some of us also had the chance to share why we are passionate with our workouts/fitness journey. We shared our deepest WHYs - we need to keep on working out and be proactive when it comes to our health. 😊 Thank you @unhcrph

Still wear my hair like that.
Still pose for every camera I see.
Still wear spandex pretty much all the time.
Still climb on things.
Still have limbs too long for the rest of my body.
#transformationtuesday because now I’m taller (but only a tiny bit). Everything else is the same.
HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT 📣⬇️
👉🏼 From today until this SUNDAY (the 25th), I am opening up my coaching for this month 🎉‼️
Anyone who applies (link in my bio) gets a FREE 15 minute discovery call to gain more clarity on your approach, allows me to learn more about your position & see if it would be a great fit! 😄
🔅 I’m looking for motivated individuals, who:

▪️Walk into the kitchen & gym and feel like lost, confused & not knowing what to do or where to start
▪️Wake up each morning, wonder how the heck they are going to lose 10 lb, when everything they’ve tried just doesn’t work
🔅And who wants to…
✅ Go into each day with a structured, customized plan of knowing EXACTLY what they need to do to progress closer to stepping into their ideal body
✅ Develop more structure & sustainability in their approach to their fitness goals

I haven't posted about running in months...
probably since I took this picture back in June.
I want to tell you that I'm still running and it's going awesome,
but only half of that is true.
I've really been struggling with my identity as a runner over the past several months,
the past YEAR.
I got burnt out.
Running - no, TRAINING - started to become more of a chore than something I loved to do.
But, who am I when I'm not training for a race?
When I'm not running competitively?
When I'm not the fastest female out there?
Lately, I've had to unpack a lot around my identity and WHY I do the things I do...
It's GREAT to have goals. It's great to chase them down and achieve them.
But, what's the WHY behind it?
Who are you doing it for?
Are you doing it because you feel like you HAVE to?
Are you doing it to please someone else?
Or are you doing it for YOU - in a way that serves YOUR purpose?
I've been a runner for as long as I can remember. It'll ALWAYS be part of my identity.
My WHY for running isn't chasing down a new distance, or PR, or race.
My WHY behind running is my HEALTH - both physically + mentally.
Reevaluating that head helped me fall back in love with running. I'm not doing it to be the best, to be the fastest, or to chase the next goal.
My WHY is bc it's what keeps me sane.
It keeps me healthy.
It's my stress relief.
It's MY time alone, not a care in the world, where I can get out all my thoughts and start my day as the best version of me.
Stop 🛑 doing things bc you feel like you HAVE to,
and start remembering why you started in the first place.
