Luca is always experimenting in the kitchen during the weekends. Even during the summer when the majority of the people here’s probably at the beach. For this weekend he felt the urge to experiment with another panettone recipe - even if it’s 6 months left until Christmas! But hey, I’m not complaining, especially not this Sunday morning! 😅
Ragù — cooked low and slow for around 3 hours until the meat just falls apart and you have a thick, rich sauce (made all the better here for using @iowtomatoes heritage tomato passata) and fresh egg pasta tossed through. Heavenly.
