I don’t think I’ve ever posted my pre-pregnancy body on here, but here it is!
Left was me in 2013/2014, aged 22. I wasn’t eating enough nor did I have a clue what I was doing in the gym.
I think I weighed about 48kgs there and I didn’t like being that small.
Middle pic was my first session in the gym after giving birth the second time round - 7 months ago.
Right is me yesterday, sitting at 55kgs at 28 years old, with 2 kids.
I want to share this to show you, (whoever is reading this) that hard work does pay off. Although I have a long way to go to reach my goals I just wanted to take a min to show how far I’ve come in hopes that I can get more women to take their life/body in their own hands.
It feels bloody good to put on jeans now and actually have an ass 😅

15 pounds down and 1 year later, I’ve learned:
1. Your body is far stronger than you think. If you’re lifting and don’t feel challenged, go heavier! Progressive overload is critical to growth. Don’t be scared to test out how powerful you are, and even if you have to reduce reps, try pushing heavier weight to really see what you’re capable of.
2. Eating to gain weight is NOT a bad thing. Although I’m leaner now, I’m trying to fuel my body and eat more to put on healthy weight. A year ago, all I wanted was to be thin. Now that I’m as lean as I can possibly be, I know that my methods haven’t been healthy or sustainable. Feeding my body the way it deserves to be nourished... and of course, to grow a booty because IT IS TIME.
3. There’s a lot more to life than worrying about your physique all the time. Moments spent enjoying holiday dinners, happy hour with friends, and late night brownies beat any gratification you’ll get from your physical appearance. Prioritize and think of the life you want to look back on with joy. People/feelings/experiences are more important than any number on the scale.

Killed it training back and arms yesterday with @nickademasfit ! Back workout shown. 💪 Did 6 sets of pull ups for 5 variations, 16 sets of pull downs for 4 variations, 6 sets of shrugs on the shrug machine, 5 sets on the low row hammer strength machine, 4 sets of standing bicep grip concentration rows, and 5 sets of 20-25 of concentration shrugs with the 45. 🤘 My whole back is killing me but in a good way. 😅
