“Smiles are everywhere, and smiles can spread. You can smile to someone, and they'll smile to another person, and it goes on and on and on.”

Wolves are so supremely adapted to the elements that they don’t ordinarily need shelter, but that doesn’t mean Ambassador wolf Alawa won’t take advantage of the man-made den in the ambassadors’ enclosure. The den can provide some relief from the heat, biting insects, and maybe even from rambunctious younger brother Nikai!

Way to go, Lindy! Nosework is a great low impact sport that is mentally enriching for your dog.

Motivation Monday: Dog sports can be a great motivator to take your training to the next level! ⠀
Our Nose Work Instructor and Behavior Modification Coordinator Sara and her dog Lindy earned their NACSW Level 1 Container title this weekend. Sara was super proud of their teamwork at this trial. It is still a work in progress, but they earned 6th place out of 34 teams. Plus, Lindy is just 18 months old! ⠀
Nose work is a great sport that lets dog be dogs. They get treats for sniffing and using their noses. It can help boost the confidence of shy dogs and wear out busy dogs. ⠀
In Lindy’s case she has neurological deficits in her rear legs. Nose work is a great low impact way for her to keep her body moving and use her brain at the same time. ⠀
Great job Team Lindy! We look forward to many more ribbons. 🐾❤️🐾🐽🐾⠀
You can follow Sara & Lindy’s adventures @pinknosedpupper⠀

If you want a smooth fluid action make yourself a footboard and try out this exercise! Great for experiencing force application for momentum and timing. This guy made the trip from Scotland for a half day and saw an immediate impact. After a warm up we measured his shots on the FlightScope and the first two shots carried 104 and 123 yds but after just 2 shots and a couple of exercises he was smashing it 151, 145 and 159 carry! Plus at the start of the session he said he couldn't hit a draw starting right of the target but after 2 shots he had a tour draw! Well worth the 8 hour round trip! Thanks for taking the time and making the effort to improve your game, and thanks for the great feedback 👍
This is another orphaned Bobcat that now lives at Project Survival’s Cat Haven. Her name is “Ru” which comes from Lynx Rufus, the scientific name for Bobcats. I fed her gourmet mouse “smoothies” until she was old enough to wean onto meat. cathaven.com

“He plants trees to benefit another generation.” - Statius Caecilius, Roman poet
We believe in planting for the future generations. This is why Galileo conducted 'Planting for the Future: A Tree Planting Activity and Fun Learning Festival with GreenEarth Heritage Foundation'. It's a CSR initiative to GreenEarth Heritage Foundation, an NGO dedicated to advocacies in the field of environmental restoration, livelihood opportunities, education and technology.
The Galileo team went tree planting last August 9, 2019 at the GreenEarth farm located at the foot of the Sierra Madre. This was followed by an inspiring talk from Romnick Blanco, a scholar of GreenEarth who made it to the prestigious Harvard University. He shared how GreenEarth and Galileo helped him in his road to success.
As part of the CSR activity, Galileo also presented worksheets to GreenEarth, trained GreenEarth teachers on how to use Galileo learning materials, and held a Galileo Fun Learning Festival for GreenEarth children.

Not all children march at the same pace. Galileo addresses the learning gap that many children are forced to brave on their own. It’s an effective program that not only answers parents’ requirements for children to learn, but also answers the need for children to enjoy the learning process.

Kids can sometimes be stubborn. No matter how many times you tell them not to do things, they’ll still insist on doing it their way. It can be frustrating but there’s a way around it.
