Un peu d'exotisme dans le bol de ce matin (bon je croyais qu'il me restait de la coco râpée mais non 😅 ce sera pour une autre fois !)
Je n'ai pas mis de sirop d'agave car j'essaie de me désensibiliser au goût du sucre mais pour les gourmande, ce serait sûrement un peu meilleur (genre une cuillère dans l'overnight porridge)

PÃEZINHOS DE BANANA 🥐🍌 Bom dia anjos!
Hoje vou partilhar com vocês s receitinha de ontem. Está receita adaptei de uma revista, vamos lá?

INGREDIENTES
250g farinha integral
100g farinha de linhaça
3 fatias queijo - 50% ralado
100g queijo cottage @corposdanone_pt
1gema de ovo
1 banana madura
0,5dl água

PROCEDIMENTO
Juntar todos os ingredientes excepto a banana e mexer até formar uma pasta. Polvilhar a superfície com farinha e extender a massa. Pode ser necessário juntar mais farinha de forma a que esta deixe de agarrar à superfície. Fazer 8 quadrados e dobra-los com um pedaço de banana no meio. Pincelar com fio de azeite e colocar sementes de sesamo por cima. Levar ao forno pré aquecido a 160° até ficarem dourados

😢LUNCH & STRESS🤯
Busy bees🐝 are always tempted to eat their lunch ‘al desco’ staring at their screen not to lose a precious second of work! 🤓And I’m guilty of this myself🙈
But  taking at least 30 mins to go out, get some fresh air and unwind is proven to make you much more productive and far less stress for the afternoon. 👩🏽‍💻👨🏿‍💻Take your lunch outside, go buy one or GO ALL IN and have your lunch in some restaurant - what a great way to re-charge your batteries and network ☺️ #NeverEatAlone

🤓Now i want to be clear that i don't promote the use of a single mineral and vitamin as they all work in synergy in the body and supplementing with one can be detrimental to health without professional guidence. However magnesium is one that many of us our particularly deficient in due to stressful lifestyles, the environment and our food choices. Most food is severely lacking minerals and vitamins because of the depleted soils it grows in, even further putting our health at risk. You can take magnesium safely as an oil or in the form of epsom salts as your body will absorb what it needs. 
Magnesium is needed for an incredible amount of actions in the body. Too many to discuss in one post. Briefly- It helps to maintain normal nerve and muscle function, supports a healthy immune system, keeps the heart beat steady, and helps bones remain strong. It also helps regulate blood glucose levels and aid in the production of energy and protein. There is ongoing research into the role of magnesium in preventing and managing disorders such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes. Diets high in protein, calcium, or vitamin D will increase the need for magnesium.
