250g farinha integral
100g farinha de linhaça
3 fatias queijo - 50% ralado
100g queijo cottage @corposdanone_pt
1gema de ovo
1 banana madura
Juntar todos os ingredientes excepto a banana e mexer até formar uma pasta. Polvilhar a superfície com farinha e extender a massa. Pode ser necessário juntar mais farinha de forma a que esta deixe de agarrar à superfície. Fazer 8 quadrados e dobra-los com um pedaço de banana no meio. Pincelar com fio de azeite e colocar sementes de sesamo por cima. Levar ao forno pré aquecido a 160° até ficarem dourados

Feels like a bit of a waste spending the evenings in the gym now it’s warm. So I’ve dragged my brother out for some outdoor cardio with me ✌🏼😂
