2 oz Grander Rum
1 oz Eggnog
1 Dash Cardamon Bitters @raftcocktails
1 Cinnamon Stick for Garnish
Add all into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until chilled. Then strain mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick a few dashes of cinnamon sugar and nutmeg.

This drink was created by @dawmination30 at @theshoreclubca to have the same effect as the Razor’s Edge with the mixture of Chili Honey Syrup and Ginger Beer. It’s a powerful cocktail and it’s sure to bring back memories!

2 oz Lot 40 Whisky
1 oz Bird’s Eye Chili Honey Syrup
Top with Ginger Beer
Shake all ingredients less the Ginger Beer. Pour into a rocks glass. Garnish: Basil

The discontinued Smooth Ambler Old Scout Rye was a delight back in the day.
Seven Year old rye from LDI/MGP it is a massive spice bomb with loads of green apple, caramel, white pepper, and all the extra deliciousness being discontinued brings.

Full disclosure: I was gifted this bottle of @marksandspencer’s Trifle Cream Liqueur as a new Christmas release to try and showcase on my feed, but when I say it’s delicious you should still take me at my word, because - guys - it is literally trifle-flavoured.

1oz @bacardi_uk White Rum
1/2oz Creme De Banane
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with more ice. Garnish with raspberries.
