오늘하루 뭔가 지치는 하루였다
내 직업 특성상 밥 천천히 먹기가 
제일 어렵지만 10번이상 씹으려고 하니까 20번이상도 씹어먹을 수 잇었당! 군것질은 오늘 두시전에 작은 봉지 과자 하나 먹고 오후간식도 먹지 않고 운동가기전 방울토마토 약 10개정도 먹었다 근데 체했는지 속이 넘 안좋았눈데 운동하고 나니 소화 쑥!!! 배고파서 쉐이크 먹으려고 했지만 요즘 속이 안좋아서 편안한 속을 위해 먹지 않기로!! 오늘 하루 잘 지켰다!!

What I love about this recipe: it's basically pouring a bunch of stuff in a pot and letting it cook = easy peasy 👌

Start with heating olive oil + 2 cloves garlic + 1 onion diced 🔹️
Add 2 celery stalks + 2 carrots diced 🔹️
Add 2 cans of beans 🔹️
Add 1 large can diced tomatoes 🔹️
Add 6 cups broth 🔹️
Add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin (1tsp)🔹️
Add 3/4 cup dry barley 🔹️
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes 🔥

Air banyak digunakan untuk memasak, mencuci, mandi dan membersihkan kotoran yang ada disekitar rumah. Air juga digunakan untuk keperluan industri, pertanian, pemadam kebakaran, tempat rekreasi dan banyak lagi. Penyakit-penyakit yang menyerang manusia juga disebarkan melalui air.

Badan manusia secara puratanya terdiri dari 70% air . Ia memainkan peranan penting di dalam kebanyakkan fungsi badan seperti mengangkut nutrien dan menyingkirkan sisa kimia daripada badan. Air penting untuk fungsi penghadaman, membuang sisa toksin dalam tubuh, penyerapan, peredaran dan perembesan serta memanfaatkan vitamin larut air. Air juga faktor utama pengekalan suhu badan normal.

Air perlu diganti secara berterusan kerana kita kehilangan 250ml air melalui pernafasan. Kita perlu meminum air sekurang-kurangnya 3L sehari bagi mengganti keperluan air yang hilang. Malangnya kita biasanya minum air sekadar untuk menghilangkan rasa haus semata bukan untuk mencukupkan keperluan air yang hilang hasilnya kita akan mengalami pelbagai masalah kesihatan yang ditandai dengan simptom seperti kehausan, nafas berbau, bibir merekah, kapanasan badan, sembelit, dehidrasi, pening, kurang daya tumpuan, keletihan dan meningkatkan risiko jangkitan buah pinggang.

Me revoilà, après un week-end bien silencieux, parce que bien chaotique tant sur le plan des péripéties que sur le plan alimentaire.
Tout à commencé quand j’ai perdu mes clés vendredi soir, et que je suis retrouvée à la porte de chez moi à 4h du matin 😂
On a échoué dans un kebab, et j’en passe !
Dimanche un bon déjeuner en famille, du champagne etc etc...
Et mon four/micro-onde est tombé en panne, donc je galère le soir, sachant que j’avais congelé pas mal de plats pour avoir juste à les réchauffer ou les passer au four 😂
Et j’ai cassé mon volet, bref c’est la loose totale en ce moment 😂

Ученые призвали вернуть советскую практику выдачи рыбьего жира населению. По словам специалистов, Россия столкнулась с пандемией дефицита Омега-3 полиненасыщенных жирных кислот (ПНЖК). Это показало исследование, проведенное учеными из Российского университета дружбы народов, МГУ им. Ломоносова и еще двух частных клиник.

«Мы выявили дефицит Омега-3 ПНЖК у 75,4% пациентов, при этом наиболее тяжелый дефицит — у детей и подростков в возрасте до 18 лет. Это говорит не только об ухудшении качества питания, но и об отсутствии медицинской культуры и знаний о необходимости восполнения дефицита Омега-3 ПНЖК как среди пациентов, так и среди врачей», — говорит один из авторов исследования, завкафедрой эндокринологии Российского университета дружбы народов, вице-президент российского представительства Международного общества по изучению вопросов старения у мужчин, профессор  @klinika_kalinchenko Светлана Калинченко.

Дефицит Омега-3 среди населения России  эксперты назвали крайне высоким. Особенно тревожит его тотальная нехватка у подрастающего поколения. «Почти 70% подростков имеют метаболические и гипоксические нарушения, обусловленные дефицитом Омега-3 ПНЖК, и находятся в группе риска по возникновению не только заболеваний, связанных с нарушением обмена веществ, но и репродуктивных нарушений (бесплодия, прерывания беременности, пороков развития плода)».
