Performing a squat with full range of motion is essential to reap the benefits of the exercise. However, flexibility is highly specific to a particular movement. So simply stretching your hamstrings wont improve your squat mobility. ⁣

Controllable factors that contribute to squats mobility:⁣
Joint Stability and mobility. ⁣
Training the correct motor pattern. ⁣
Balance and coordination ⁣
⁣
Uncontrollable factors  that contribute to controlled: ⁣
Genetic structure of the hips ⁣
Torso to femur and femur to tibia ratios ⁣ ⁣
If you’re looking to increase your squat mobility, you need to determine if a limiting factor is a controllable factor and then implement a plan to improve on that particular limitation (such as poor ankle or hip mobility) ⁣

However, understand that some factors are genetic and as a result the technique you utilise for a particular movement may need to be adjusted specific to YOU. If you have really long legs and a short torso you will never be able to stay upright when you squat. ⁣

Maybe, the squat is or is not for you. Remember, there are plenty of other exercises you could utilise that may be more suited to what you’re wanting to achieve. ⁣

気合入れ過ぎて馬鹿うるさかったと思う。
140kgはさすがに挙がらんかった。
ロウイングとプルでスーパーセットを組むというメニューをやってみたものの、
ベントオーバーロウは腰に来てしまってしんどい…。別メニューを考えねば…。 マウスピースもまだ吐きそうだけど、
重量扱うときは仲良くなれそう。

久々の激しい弱体化…。
もっとメニューをまとめないとね。

解剖学、ちゃんと勉強してみようかな。
