Tried a new dish tonight! Radish "noodle" cashew coconut lime bowl with baked tofu and black rice! It's a hot/cold dish...the veggies are spiralized, put in the bowl raw and the sauce is just mixed in a bowl! Full of veggies, grains, tofu and dairy free sauce, makes this a winner! .

First job out of college: Fired
First time trying an at-home workout: Quit 1 week in
First year full time entrepreneur: 35K in debt .
Current Mood: happy as hell ✌🏻🤗 .
Bc each time I was down, confused, and unsure what the heck the lesson was going to be... I came back stronger with some super awesome “hindsight” 😉
. & EACH TIME I added another deposit of confidence that confirmed: EACH HARDSHIP has a REASON ✌🏻 Which also confirmed that failure is OK (and NEEDED 😉) .
That job I was fired from? I remember all the times i sat in my car over my lunch break, crying to myself becuase I was overwhelmed, unfulfilled, and I couldn't stop myself from thinking... "is THIS what my life is going to look like?". .
And other fun fact? Being fired led me to the job I’d meet Andy in 😉💕 .
That workout I quit? I didn't even know bootcamps EXISTED at the time, & it would later become the SAME WORKOUT I'd try again over a year later, at home in my garage, with an accountability partner 👊🏻 Showing me the power of partnership and support.
Other fun fact? It would also lead to my coaching business and completely shifted the entire trajectory of my LIFE.
The debt i accrued? It was the investment I HAD to make in myself to learn some REALLY hard lessons, grow massively in my relationship, and confirm I was in fact exactly on the right track even amidst the doubt ✌🏻
And other fun fact? continuing to WORK through all of that now earns my business over 6-figures a year ✌🏻
The point is girl, sometimes you don't need to know if it's going to work out or what's going to happen, and sometimes the lesson can’t be learned in the moment.. but if you feel the pull... GO FOR IT. And even if you do miss a goal or it doesn't pan out how you planned... That's OK 🙏🏻
Bc just like every time you had your heart broken, it was just creating space for your real soul mate to come in to your life .
Or every friendship lost actually cleansed you from something toxic . & every unknown decision you were forced to make, taught you something new... and opened up a whole new world of BETTER possibilities 💕✨

Who loved muddy buddies as a kid? 🙋🏻♀️ I had a lot of leftover Chex cereal from when I made the tahini bars & the first thing that came to mind to make was muddy buddies. Buuut I knew I didn’t want to make them as they’re traditionally made- with powdered sugar. I try to limit sugar in treats & with there already being a good amount of sugar in the chocolate chips I didn’t want to add more. So here they are, lower sugar & just as yummy as I remember!😌

3 cups rice @chexcereal cereal
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips
Abt 3/4 cup of coconut flour (didn’t measure)
In a bowl melt the pb & chocolate chips in intervals of 30 secs stirring in between, until melted
Pour over cereal & gently mix until all is coated
Put coconut flour in a large ziplock bag, add cereal and shake until completely coated
