Forgive me for sharing this again but I felt it deserved it’s own square 😆 and a little more explanation. 🙃
On Friday I received my certificate for completing my Life Coach Diploma- Yay! 🎉🥂💫
As many of you will know, Health is my passion. True, honest, whole mind-body health. None of this faddiness (a true Frankie terminology!) that paints the illusion that you’re ‘healthy’.
I mean the kind that understands h o w the mind-body works and w h a t factors & stressors limit the mind-body from working to it’s true potential.
Education is also another one of my passions. My sister likes to remind me how I love a course, 😆 which is true, I do! Education also plays a big part in my career. I’m a qualified lecturer and assessor and taught in a college in my early 20s.
True, honest health requires re-educating at times but, it also requires supporting and coaching clients through lifestyle changes.
Did you know it’s enough to merely feel unfulfilled in life to affect your health. Yup, lack of passion or un-fulfillment can manifest in the form of migraines, fatigue and various other ailments.👎🏼
Sometimes making changes is easier said than done. You may be lacking in low self esteem, self belief or forced to do things that are in conflict with your core values.
THATS where life coaching comes in, or ✨ Personal Transformation Coach✨( I think I might call it 🙃) It will support you in releasing all the limitations you’re faced with in order to feel H A P P Y & H E A L T H Y
And I mean S O U L D E E P happy and healthy! 💫💫🙌🏼🙌🏼
What I love about being open to a deeper understanding is once it’s been unlocked, no one can ever take it away from you 💫 Its yours. Forever!❤️
So watch this space. I’m super excited to be offering coaching support in the very near future! 🎉

Have you ever been "the new girl"? 🙀
Maybe your parents changed jobs and you had to move?
Maybe you switched from a public to a charter school?
Maybe, your school ends at the 5th grade and you have to start a new school for 6th grade?
Perhaps your parents separated and you have to switch neighborhoods?
In either case, it can be difficult to get used to a new school. You may need help finding a classroom, you may feel lonely at lunch, you may be embarrassed when the teacher asks you to introduce yourself to the class.
The key is to be confident. Walk into that new school with your head held high. Rock a welcoming smile that says, "it's ok to come and talk to me." Other kids gravitate towards people who are confident in themselves. Also, if you join a club or sports team, it opens up a smaller group of potential friends with similar interests. Give it a try.
🌟 ANNOUNCEMENT 🌟
Hola friend! Hope you're having a restful Sunday regardless of where you are!
I had this conversation at work today with a friend of mine about #confidence#selfbelief and the fear of #judgement or rather being judged by others. She has started doing her thing online a while ago but hasn't really been consistent mostly due to the fact that she feared that people would judge whatever she may happen to do. We kept talking and talking about this topic for a fair hour or so and it was just super interesting to speak to someone who is putting herself out there hoping that whaterver she may do or post online, it will help others.
We came to the conclusion that if an individual fuels the fear of judgment of any kind he may never really undertake or start doing things that really matter to him, simply because he's afraid of what others may think. And we figured that it is much better to at least give it a go and see if it works rather than forever regret not trying or doing the thing that makes your soul happy.
AND it made me think!
Because that it exactly how I felt when I started this little account. This is how felt before starting this little account.
If I never decided to just FRICKING give it a go, I would have never met incredible women that are so inspiring and pure and I wouldn't be working with some of them now.
It may seem scary to put yourself out there, but if you feel like you wanna do it - just FRICKING go for you brotha!
And that is why I decided to do #workonyourselfsunday series, which I'll explain in greater detail tomorrow!
Lots of love,
