Who wants ramen! 🍜😍 When you’re in downtown Los Angeles on a Sunday after brunch and you see the counter is open at @ramenhood !! 😆
Then it clicks that it’s open because it’s like 102 in here and now you’re going to eat spicy 🌶 ramen!! 😈🔥 And Yes. It was lovely, slurping noodles and dripping sweat. Somehow it’s even more satisfying. 😆 .

“Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.” - John 13:35
Be sincere in your Christian walk... Be real, be friendly, honest, compassionate, long suffering ....after all, being a Christian means you are an ambassador for Christ. The word Christian means , to be Christ-like
“Compassion is an action, it is more than just words, it’s a shift in our hearts that changes our approach from simply helping someone to being able to hear what is unspoken and see what is hidden. Today lets all make some time to grow in our compassion and in so doing expand our reach into one another’s lives with more grace and understanding. With Christ as our example, we all have more we can do to be those who are not just passionate but also compassionate.” Quote from @charlgambill

Develop your ability to tolerate your emotions. They are neither good nor bad, they are teachers. They take us to our soul self when we persevere past the pain. We can’t bypass it, we need to honour it and then get to the love.
Once we can stand our own silence we can hear our own voice. Our intuition grows strength when we give it room to speak, room to shine light on the path ahead. Once we can look inside we can see our wise mind. It is from our soul eyes that clarity comes.
Come on October 9th to experience mindful, meditative practices. Learn how to navigate emotional response and open to your intuition. Check out the Heal Your Inner Child Link in my bio.
Being sensitive CAN BE a superhero power!
It took decades of study for me to finally learn how to THRIVE as an empath. In this class I share all the best tips and tools I’ve gathered along the way including: How to clear your field. How to stop picking up on the energy of others. How to use your sensitivities ONLY when you want to. How to stop letting other people use your nervous system. How to cultivate a connection to your centered-self. How to be the calm at the center of the storm. How to trust your insights and ahas. How to use your empathic skills in healthy ways at work, home, and in social settings. How to deal with “energy vampires.” How to know what you are broadcasting to the world and how to change it. How to say “No” and mean it so that when you say “Yes” people can trust it. How to use the fact that empaths see and sense the world differently to improve your relationships rather than create blocks in your connections. How to develop your unique energy sensing language (I will use essential oils to demonstrate this) How to use essential oils for a fast and easy way to clear your energy field. $25 for 5 hours of instruction and supporting material!
6 years ago, I found myself spiraling down a dark tunnel of hopelessness, depression, and anxiety.
The words “just give up” plagued my mind, and I fought with all the strength i had to not let those words succumb me.
Throughout my whole life, I have known that I have purpose and a mission.
And in the darkest moments of my life, when suicide beckoned me her way, it was my belief in my purpose that pulled me through.
I remember the day vividly when suicide lost her grip on me for good.
I was driving down a gorgeous New England-esque road when again, I was thrown down my tunnel of despair and hopelessness.
Yet, before I hit the bottom, the words “you’ve got this - it’s gonna be okay” came to mind.
Instantly, the darkness dissipated and I knew suicide had lost her grip on me.
Ladies, I share this story to drive home a very important point - you have a purpose in this big, big world.
It is this purpose that will get you through any hardship, and will beckon you into new heights.
When you focus your eyes purely on your purpose, trust in God/the universe, and work on your belief system, you can do anything.
Using these exact principles, I:
✔️ Moved across the country 3 times without a job
✔️ Established a business
✔️ Overcame PTSD (with the help of therapy)
✔️ Overcame depression, self sabotage, anxiety, suicide, fight or flight all on my own (this will not work for everyone. Always get professional help.)
✔️ Manifested the exact job and/or salary I wanted twice
✔️ Attracted 3 (and dated 2) El Salvadoran business owners within a 12 month period — my type of man at that point in time
✔️ Moved into a 1 bedroom apartment in Washington DC with a picturesque view
✔️ Found the perfect kitties for me
And last but not least - 1 week from today, I am going to be spending my 29th birthday in Spain...a trip I have dreamed of since I was 5.
In 6 short years, I have changed from a woman with debilitating anxiety who fought off hopelessness, into a woman who believes anything and everything is possible, and is achieving the impossible.
You can do it, too.
If only you believe.
