Hi Beautiful 🙋 How about starting off this weekend with a healthy and nutritious lunch? ⭐This Thai Chicken Salad has an amazing mix of flavors that will make you look like a professional 🙌🏼 Best part? It has no carbs, so it won't prevent you from reaching your goal weight 💕

Ingredients:
• 4 oz organic chicken (previously cooked and shredded)🐔
• ¼ cup chopped small red pepper 🌶
• 1 cup spinach or arugula 🥬
• 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage (also known as purple cabbage)
• ¼ cup homemade almond butter (see recipe below)
• 3 tablespoons of water
• 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos
• ½ green or yellow lemon (juice)🍋
• Himalayan salt 🧂
• 1 bunch of cashews or pumpkin seeds, to garnish

1️) Preparation: Place shredded chicken, spinach, cabbage, and chopped red pepper in a deep dish and mix. Serve with the almond butter dressing and top with cashews. I also like to pair it with avocado. 
2) For Dressing: Mix almond butter, water, aminos, lemon juice and a little salt. Store.

3) Homemade Almond Butter Preparation: Preheat the oven to 345° F. Spread almonds on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until brown. Remove tray from the oven and put the almonds in the blender at a medium speed. Slowly blend until reaching a creamy consistency. Serve in a glass bowl. Added sugar or dyes aren’t necessary. A tablespoon of almond butter daily is more than enough.

It’s still hot weather in the Northern Hemisphere and summer is fast approaching down South. Here is a wonderful recipe for raspberry & coconut ice lollies, a lovely, healthy alternative to shop-bought lollies and a great way to cool down AND add to your daily quota of fruit. 
Recipe 
300g raspberries
400ml coconut milk
150g Greek yoghurt
1tbsp runny honey 
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process to a smooth purée. Pour into ice lolly moulds, add the lolly sticks and freeze overnight.

Ingredients:⠀
½ cup pineapple, cubed⠀
½ cup avocado, cubed⠀
¼ cup red pepper, chopped⠀
1 tbsp red onion, chopped (optional)⠀
1 tsp fresh cilantro, minced⠀
1 tbsp fresh lime juice⠀
½ tsp cumin⠀
2 pinches of cayenne⠀
Sea salt & pepper to taste⠀
Directions:⠀
In a medium-size bowl, combine pineapple, avocado, peppers, lime juice, cilantro, spices, salt & pepper; toss lightly. Chill in the refrigerator. Serve as a dip, or with your choice of protein.⠀

How about a colorful fruit platter for breakfast after a killer 12 mile run 👊💪🌈 Mango, pineapple, avacado, wild cherry plum, raspberry, blueberries, apricot and sliced plums.  Refueling with coconut water as well....for a busy day of yard work and studying and....making another whole wheat crock pot bread. This week I am attempting with raw honey, olive oil, fresh herbs from the garden and dried herbs. We shall see, going to experiment with a different method I read about. 🤔🍞👩‍🔬

So this recipe isn’t about beauty, it’s about Peach Season and Children.  This morning for breakfast I was hosting 2 of my grandchildren, @corbynandcarleigh, and wanted to serve Cream of Wheat. Following the instructions, I subbed half the milk for ground up Peach’s.  If you chop a Peach and add it to your Magic Bullet/blender it will liquify perfectly. [UPDATE] I FINALLY REACHED MY GOAL!

Before that, aku mau curcol dikit what made me decide to commit. And how I achieved my body goal.

So I gained weight karena waktu itu ga olah raga dan ga jaga makan (obviously) and I was struggling with depression. Thats why sekitar tengah akhir tahun 2016 my weight was 52. Maybe buat kalian ngga seberapa, tapi karena aku termasuk orang yang petite sized, berat segini bikin aku kayak buntelan kentut. Which is bikin aku minder banget. I admit setiap foto endorsements aku semuanya aku edit. Aku bahkan ga pernah mau untuk difoto full body. Selalu pake baju oversized buat nyembunyiin badan aku. Setelah foto, yang ga diedit juga aku hapus karena I was disgusted with how I look. And because of that, aku jadi makin depressed dan lari ke alkohol (i was in the state of hate to be sober) which bikin aku tambah buncit. So yang ada problem aku dengan berat badan bukannya beres tapi malah jadi makin parah. Ukuran celana juga 28-29.

2017, I start working out, jaga makan, but haven't count my calories dan belum ada yg namanya Shirataki. Berat sempet turun ke 45, then I stop working out, masih sering ngebir tapi lebih picky sedikit untuk makanan. Berat naik lagi ke 47. Ukuran celana sempet jadi 27.

2018, I feel shitty again about my body. I start working out like crazy (4-5x a week), count my calories, change carbs to Shirataki, cheat days only on the weekends. Besokannya bakar kalori lagi like twice harder. In my middle photo my pants size jadi 25/26 or size 2/4. Now I wear size 2 or 0!

Oh, one more thing. Don't starve yourself! Just eat with your normal portion, but choose wisely! Eat smart! Choose foods with low calories, more protein especially after workout, lotsa veggies, no fried food, and less or no carbs at all!

Call me arrogant, but I achieve it with a hard will and it was not easy. I'm proud of my dedication and commitment.

Allll you need for the best breakfast sandwich in the world 🤤. Two pieces of @canyonglutenfree rye with @miyokoscreamery chive cream cheese, some avo, green onions, arugula, @vitalfarms soft scrambled eggs and @localfoods sausage patties. This was probably one of my favorite breakfasts I’ve ever had!!!!

And here it is!! What 20 days has done for me!! I lost 8.5 inches all over and ten pounds!! I'm starting to get my abs back!!! Lol I've missed them! Lol Everyday is not perfect! This past week I had two candy bars and a taco that was not part of meal prep......I'm not perfect and sugar tends to be my downfall! This past week was still better than others where I snuck in even more unhealthy choices! The one thing I've stayed consistent with is my working out and its paying off! Everyday I work on my nutrition and that is a lifestyle, not a quick fix! Those don't work! I'm so proud of what I accomplished in 20 days out of 100! Onto the next 20 days!! ❤

I made my #glutenfree rolled oats in my rice cooker this morning & i am never ever ever ever ever looking back! These are the creamiest thickest ones I’ve ever made & I’m just #mindblown if you couldn’t already tell 😂!!!!!!

To reheat them, all I did was add 1/2 cup of the cooked oats to a skillet with 1/2 cup & a few splashes more of my #homemade #oatmilk, vanilla extract & @lilsipper cacao #probiotic pea #protein (my current #fave!) & cooked it all over medium-high heat until the oats thickened & liquid was absorbed! I then topped them with frozen #strawberries & mangoes & some #lowcarb #chocolate chaga #coconut #granola for extra crunch!!! SOOOOOO GOOD 😋
