"And they rose up and drove him out of the town and brought him to the brow of the hill on which their town was built, so that they could throw him down the cliff. But passing through their midst, he went away." (Luke 4:29-30, ESV)
I was out yesterday, and I met a man from the middle east who according to him had spent quite sometime in both the UK and Africa.
Here's what he said to me. "You're a very beautiful lady do you know that?" To which I responded. "Yes I do, but thank you for telling me."😊 Then it happened! I would date you, you know why? Because you're not going to cheat on me... (because of my♿)🤨 Yesterday I told my girlfriend I can date a blind girl because I know she's not going to cheat on me.🤦🏾♀️ I am very aware of some people's obsession with wheelchair users, who are referred to as #devotees. (I'll address this later). I just couldn't fully grasp what had happened: A total stranger who walks up to me to serve an entire buffet of rudeness.
The idea that you want to date me because you're sure my kind of ability will force me to be faithful, 😱😱this right here is something that was completely strange.... But the repulsive comment notwithstanding, our worldviews would markedly differ, enough to ensure we won't even see eye to eye to many, if not all things under the sun.
What a pity.
