I feel like Divani is super unappreciated, so when I got a chance to try a few new menu items I was up to the task
1. Asian cucumber salad
2. Basil Pesto Linguini
3. Airline chicken (Caribbean Jerk)
4-5. Duck Spring Rolls
6. Unnamed Cocktail
8. Caprese Salad
I was a little food focused and forgot the name of the cocktails...except the mojito.

Nah kalo jadwal ngopi kamu gimana nih selama bulan puasa? Share sama kita yu

Cactus Macs! 🌵💗 My heart may have skipped a beat when these babies came out of the oven.. I am cactus obsessed!
And.. I filmed the process for you with a few helpful (shaped) macaron tips!
1: Sift your dry ingredients right into your scale. (A scale is not optional.. cups do not convert perfectly to grams)
2: Combine your egg whites and sugar and gradually turn up the speed for 7 minutes.. stopping at the end to add your food coloring.. then beat again only to stiff peaks
3: Add in dry ingredients and mix side to side and across the bowl until your batter “ribbons”
4: Pipe into desired shape and pop the air bubbles but..
5: DO NOT bang your pan!
6: pipe your filling in the same shape and voila!! I used an @americolor food safe pen to make the “spikes” and @brookiescookiesco royal icing to make the sweet little blooms!
Now that’s a dang happy #macaronmonday friends!
Feeling cute made dumplings .

Decided upon @tanukiraw for dinner at the crowded Jewel. Nothing new to most, but still one of my favourite comforting rice bowls in town. We had the Jewel exclusive creation - Foie Gras Jewel Truffle Gyu [$23) with a creamy pan-seared foie gras, and tender sliced US beef shortrib in Tanuki Raw's truffle soy and black garlic teriyaki sauce, charcoal grilled to give it a distinct smoky aroma. Enough soy, sauces and runny yolk around to keep the furikake and tare-seasoned sushi rice all umami and moist to go with the delish shortrib. -
Another recommended on the menu is the Wasabi Nanban Chicken [$16.90]. A huge slab of panko-fried marinated boneless chicken cutlet all golden crusty on the outsid and tender juicy within. Topped with grated radish and wasabi tartar sauce for a fiery lift in flavours. Comes with onsen egg, pickled, shio konbu and chives over the well-seasoned rice as well.
Once you decide on your occupation you must immerse yourself in your work. You must fall in love with your work. Never complain about your job. You must dedicated your life to mastering your skill. That’s the secret of success!
