Запеканка из цуккини. Ингредиенты: Цуккини — 600–700 г Лук-шалот — 1 шт. Сыр — 50-60 г Яйца куриные — 3 шт. Мука — 150 г Молоко — 80 мл Масло растительное — 60 мл Горчица дижонская — 1 ст. л. Соль — 1 ч. л. Перец черный — по вкусу Перец кайенский — 1 щепотка Приготовление: 1. Цуккини порезать острым ножом на тонкие ломтики. 2. Репчатый лук очистить и порезать тонкими кольцами. 3. Сыр потереть на крупной тёрке. 4. Хорошо взбить 3 яйца с помощью блендера с насадкой в виде венчика, миксером или ручным венчиком. Должна получиться пышная пена, как для приготовления бисквита. 5. В отдельной миске смешать пшеничную муку, перец и соль, специи по желанию. 6. К яйцам добавить сухую смесь и тщательно размешать с помощью венчика. Влить молоко и снова размешать, чтобы получилась однородная масса. В массу влить растительное масло без запаха и снова размешать до однородности. Можно добавить столовую ложку горчицы, а можно и без неё – как хочется. 7. В смесь всыпать тёртый сыр. Туда же отправить ломтики цуккини и луковые кольца. Хорошо всё размешать. 8. Форму для выпечки смазать растительным маслом, вылить тесто в форму, при необходимости разровнять. 9. Духовой шкаф разогреть до 200 градусов. 10. Отправить форму с запеканкой в разогретый духовой шкаф и выпекать в течение 35-45 минут. 11. Запеканка готова! Дать ей немного остыть, разложить по порциям и подавать к столу. В запеканку можно по желанию добавить зелень, другие овощи (помидоры черри, болгарский перец и т.д). Adding more vegetables to my meals this year in a not-so-boring-way; starting with cauliflower rice 🍚👏 By @feelgoodfoodie ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 1 head cauliflower, rinsed 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 1 garlic clove, minced 1 small onion, diced ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper Juice of 1 lime 2-3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remove the core and let the cauliflower dry completely. 2. Roughly chop the cauliflower into florets, and place half the cauliflower in a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower is small and resembles couscous. Set aside and repeat with the remaining cauliflower. 3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil, then add the onions and garlic and cook until soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes. 4. Add the cauliflower “rice” and stir to combine. Add the salt and pepper and continue to cook, stirring frequently until cauliflower softens, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a largeserving bowl. Some are blueberry banana flavoured and some are raspberry banana ones😋 Honestly, I love them💓 The process of cooking and baking without a recipe might seem like a lot but it is definitely fun and excited when it turns out to be delicious. . Also i wanted to talk about something: Workout because of a place of loving your body and not because you „have to earn“ those calories! A calorie is literally just a measurement and not important! Don’t just throw yourself into a workout because „you’ve eaten too much“, this isn’t how this whole thing is supposed to be. I loved this mini market and the FOOD WAS AMAZING. Y’all know, it’s always all about the food with me.
