Going LIVE on social media can be intimidating.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I know because I held back for WAY too long. I've always had a fear of "public speaking" and going live on social media brings up similar feelings.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then, it clicked. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
➡️How will I attract a new community who wants to learn from me?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
➡️How can I connect with a new audience on a personal level? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
➡️How will my ideal clients know what I'm currently offering?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Yes, posting on your news feed IS important, but showing up live — whether on your Stories or actually pushing the "LIVE" button on Facebook™ or Instagram™ — is how you connect on a deeper level with your audience.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And if that's not an incentive to begin going Live, here's a bonus: when you go "LIVE" on Facebook™ you can use the content in your advertising strategy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You know when us FB marketers say "video, video, video" — going live is it, it's an EASY way to incorporate video into your strategy!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When you're producing Live content on Facebook™ you're creating a warm audience of video views. Thus, an audience that you can retargeting using advertising strategies. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So, who's ready to start showing up LIVE with me? 🙋Because I could always use a little more motivation myself! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

ARE YOUR NEEDS LAST?
If you're the type of person that always puts your needs last, let today be the day that you stop this pattern of behaviour.
If you've been considering coming to the Dr. Tilean live event next week at the Crown Plaza, but your mind is holding you back - I want you to declare to yourself on a piece of paper right now why you will no longer stand for being second best in your life.
It's time to give yourself permission to rise!
I remember a few years back when I was invited to attend @iheartmylifenow live event at The Ritz, London. Deep within me, I had feelings whirling around as to whether I deserved to be in that room. I was thinking what would people think about seeing me walk into The Ritz. Imagine, our minds can really hold us back sometimes because of the stories we tell ourselves!
I tell you this because I want you to tune into what story your mind may be telling you. I want you to remind yourself that you are totally worthy to allow yourself to spend a whole day working on the vision your have for your life and business, but I also want to let you know that once you allow yourself to really start putting your needs first, so much greatness happens!
I'd like to invite you to take the leap into your own personal revelation and join us at the live event and trust you'll leave with at least 10x the value of what you've invested in the event.
Shift around your dairy; put your dreams, your vision and you in first priority; and come and join us, I'd love to welcome you in the room.
It's a small group of us that will be there, you'll receive the level of support from me that's worth thousands for a fraction of the cost.
Come along, join me, join us!
If you're ready to take the leap forward, click the link in the bio and book one of the last tickets for the most important person you know... YOU!
THE LAST DAY TO SIGN UP FOR YOUR TICKET IS THIS FRIDAY AT MIDDAY, UK TIME AS I NEED TO GIVE FINAL NUMBERS TO THE VENUE.
Don't miss out on what you really want... AGAIN. I say again, because the likelihood is that you're doing this in other areas of your life too!
Stop settling! Start rising! 📸 by @amanda_julca@iheartmylifenow event

In this profession there are so many highs and so many lows. There are a million stories I could share about why I do this work but one always stands out.
I was working at a crisis hospital on the adolescent unit. I was going about my day doing my assessments. I met with a young lady, I believe she was 16. She had attempted suicide several times. It was to the point she was in the hospital more than she was not.
After making some positive strides in her assessment we walked back to her group. On the way she paused and said, “do you like being a social worker” and I told her yes. She asked what I liked and I told her I liked talking to people and helping them get through the bad stuff. She responded, “I think I want to be a social worker.” So in my attempt to push her a little to see the light within herself I said “think about it like this if you take your life you won’t be able to do that.” She paused again but this time with the biggest smile and a look of bewilderment and said “I never thought of it like that. I guess I need to stick around because if I can get through all of this shit I want to help other kids do it too.” (Excuse her language haha)
The work we do matters even when we don’t get the affirmation that it does. Keep spreading light in this dark world. ✨
