7k interval row today followed by a 5 minute run, 6k interval row yesterday followed by a 5 min run. Today’s effort was dedicated to @rebuildneilpt who completed an ultra marathon yesterday under the influence of influenza and who is also king of rowing 🙌🏻💪🏻🙌🏻💪🏻
I find rowing really enjoyable because it’s a full body non impact resistance exercise. I also find it a really good way to get back into working out when you’ve had a break for any length and to get a sweat on.
Top Tip: find a playlist you like, and row to the songs instead of the numbers on the screen. Go as fast and as hard as you can for the fast bits or the chorus and then recover for the slower bits! ⭐️💜⭐️💜⭐️💜⭐️💜⭐️💜⭐️
