PERSONAL- ABOUT ME. Happy Monday, y'all! I had a long weekend shooting all day with a 70-300 mm lens. That lense is so heavy! Phew!! So this morning I did some freestyle flow from beachbody. If you do these workouts from home you probably know it's from Jericho's MM100 day challenge. It can be done everyday or whatever works for you. I'm the latter of the two. 😂 I can't imagine enjoying working out everyday. But I do think it's important to keep moving and stretching. My goal is to do 10 more workouts to get to Phase 3 before my trip to Virginia for a photography event the beginning of December. I'll share more about that another time! Back on subject- I love yoga! I'm not as flexible or coordinated as most people but it helps me with work hours to stretch because I'm at my desk editing for other photographers during the week. Will you be able to work out?
Yes! Working out is encouraged as it will speed up the process of flushing out the junk and building muscle. During the first 10 days though, I will want you to keep the workouts on the light side. 🧘🏻♂️🧘♀️ You will learn all of those details when you join the Facebook group.

Baby in crunchy leaves, oh my heart. I love Fall and all it has to offer. Sweaters. Pumpkin spice everything. Cooler days. Playing in the leaves. Oh how the list goes on. This weekend we stuffed oh so many bags full of leaves, played with the leaf blower, trimmed down plants and giggled as we played outside all together. So much joy!
On Sunday Matt and I went to get in a Pilates workout, on an active rest day, which turned into a family activity with the kid joining us. One of my favorite things about being able to do awesome workouts at home is seeing my kids joining in. It’s becoming a lifestyle for not just me but the whole family.
21 day fix real-time “day 14 Pilates fix & day 15 lower fix”✅✅ I took a planned rest day yesterday...although I didn’t physically rest, I took a workout rest day! I also refueled spiritually.
So doubled up today and started this Monday off feeling sweaty (a 2 shirt workout 💦😂) and energized.

My Spanish is getting better and I had a few setbacks but this week is looking good. I’ll be working on some new pitches and getting over imposter syndrome/American guilt/culture shock. Lol.
