Have you tried any recipes that call for blueberries or avocados on your little ones? If so, how did they do?
blueberries and avocados are high in fiber which seem necessary on little digestive systems. I have noticed a happier, less constipated baby since giving B foods that are filled with fiber regularly.
Avocados are filled with loads of potassium and good fats.
Blueberries are full of vitamins A, E & K. * *Vitamin K helps support bone growth.* *

Just purée avocado and blueberries until desired consistency. Because Beau is still young I add breastmilk to make it less chunky and completely puréed. ** Not a professional. These are all my PERSONAL opinions based on what I have read and how my child responds**
