Was an amazing leg day training. 🍑
I did my usual working weight (85kg) x 6 reps for 4 sets! And now I’m thinking about set new working weight 🤔 I’m thinking about 95kg x 3 or 4 reps maybe!🤔
Set new goals. Keep going and never give up! Only then you can be successful!😈
