🙋🏻‍♀️hi, it's me! Minna. thought I'd reintroduce myself since it's been awhile + there are some new peeps on here! · ✧i'm a brooklyn-based 28-year old, who drinks too much coffee + chases too many dogs that aren't mine. ✧i call myself a "Jill of all trades" bc I've always been an entrepreneur at heart and do a lot of different kinds of work-- I'm a writer, photographer, digital creator, founder of @live24k, and a certified personal trainer + nutrition coach. really though, my goal is to be Oprah-- wrote that in my NYU admissions application when I was 16. ✧i'm Korean-- I understand about 70% of the language, speak 40%, and am illiterate🙈it's my goal to improve on that though! ✧i was a competitive figure skater for 10 years. that part of my life birthed not only my career in training + wellness, but also a decade-long battle w/an eating disorder. oh, and 👵🏻a hip surgery when I was 24. ✧i have an autoimmune disease, #hashimotos , that rocked my world in 2014. that + losing my dad to cancer in 2016 absolutely changed my relationship to all things wellness + how I live life today. it also was the reason I started @live24k. ✧i am very easily affected + feel things quite deeply (I'm an INFJ!). this is something I grew up thinking was a flaw, but has turned out to be one of my biggest strengths. things like the wind on my face, a cotton-candy sunset, looking at old couples holding hands, a rude interaction, a good book-- these seemingly simple things stick with me. ✧many of my best friends call me momma minna-- because I am not only organized, but also the one that is always worried about everyone else + making sure they're happy and cared for. my people mean everything to me. ✧this space on here is all about honest conversations-- because none of us are alone in the things we go through, so giving voice to things that feel taboo, uncomfortable to talk about, or that carry shame is my jam. because I want to help you help yourself in knowing that you are capable of any kind of growth and change that you allow yourself to be open to. ✧🙋🏻‍♀️long caption queen, always. · NOW TELL ME SOMETHING BOUT U! · 📸 by my love, @justintjamison
