When I first started my journey, I would do all the same things and think all the same limiting beliefs and expect a different result. I’d choose television over a good read and no matter what I did or said, there was only just enough money in my bank account to get by and I was a terrible saver.
As I started to up-level and embody that well-read, financially abundant version of myself, I began show up differently. I easily chose a book over tv because I knew it made me feel more enriched and fulfilled. I started telling myself a different story about money and stopped watching my accounts so closely (desperately).
I stopped feeling so tempted to latch on to the way things had been and began getting excited for how they could be. Because that’s where the magic lies ❤️✨
Growing up both my mother & father never validated me! I never realized how that effected my relationships with others as I grew up. I got into relationships & friendships with people where I was abused and I chose to suffer in silence. No voice. I had a lot of thoughts and visions and did not know I could easily give myself permission to speak my truth and validate myself regardless.
This might sound easy however anyone who has been emotionally and mentally abused, giving yourself permission and speaking up can be a real struggle.
It has taken me YEARS to get to this point where I can comfortable enough speaking my truth and enforcing my boundaries without the feeling of shame or guilt. My higher self put me through a lot of test and it was only once Spirit isolated me(homeless) is when I really became in tune with who I am and my purpose on this Earth. It became clear to me to share with complete strangers my story in hopes of inspiring others. I am still doing my work and I am open to helping you do your work too. 💎

The first social proof of me saying I was going to move to BC.
It’s been 10+ years of me saying I will live here one day.
And guess what?
I live here now.
Here is how I manifested this move:
⚡️ 𝐈 𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞.
My parents, my sister, my best friends, my coworkers, random people who asked what I wanted to do after uni.
Telling other people works in 2 powerful ways.
1. you have to say it out loud which makes it WAY more real.
2. these people will now hold you accountable making you way more likely to follow through.
⚡️ 𝐈 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞.
I wrote it in my journal at least once a week. I had it on a note of goals on my phone. I put it on my yearly vision boards.
Putting your goals out in plain site make you 40% more likely to accomplish them!!! We like those odds 😍😍
Post em on your mirror, your bulletin board, put reminders in your phone, sticky notes on your laptop screen, or ALL OF THE ABOVEEE.
⚡️ 𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡.
I decided on a month to move. And I made it happen.
Did I have a lot of money to do it? No.
Was it the smartest financial move? No.
Did I secure a job there first? No.
Was I sure it was going to work out? No.
⚡️ 𝐈 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 & 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞.
I didn’t feel ready. I was freaking out.
But if there’s one thing I’m not: it’s a quitter.
And guess what?
I can always move again.
You’re allowed to change your mind.
Go with the flow.
Take each change in your life as an opportunity for growth.
You are capable of 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 you want babe.
So have a little faith & start manifesting TF out of your dreams.

I AM FOCUSED ON ABUNDANCE AND GRATITUDE. Which type of person are you? Which type of person do you want to be with? Would you want to be with someone like you? We all have the ability to see the good in everything when we can see the good in ourselves first. Everything is a mirror. It begins with accepting yourself, honoring and appreciating yourself, noticing the light within you without judging your darkness. If you hate yourself, why would others want to be around you? If your pattern had been to judge yourself, honor that awareness and begin to ask yourself some reflective questions; what is it that I need to learn from feeling this way? Awareness is a state of non-judgment and non-attachment. Your neutral perspective will provide you lots of information to help you discern and embrace yourself better. When you can learn to be there for you, you can truly learn to be there for others as well. Notice your inner light and beauty.

Let’s get granular, if you want to change your thinking, you have to change how you feel because sometimes we know what to do but we don’t "feel" like it.
A feeling whether we like it or not has a biochemical root and supersedes thinking, it filters thinking powerfully, albeit unconscious.
You’ve experienced this in action; if you feel anxious… you’ll have anxious thoughts.
The same is true if you’re happy, you feel amazing, right?
Thoughts create neurotransmitters, neurotransmitters create neuropeptides, neuropeptides enter the bloodstream and bind to glands. This stimulates the body to make POWERFUL hormones that produce feelings.
You’ve got to change your physiology to favour the ZEST by triggering the androgen pathway, not the damn STRESS pathway.
If our physiology is anxious and hesitant, we’ll have shitty anxious thoughts and hesitate when we need to step the HELL up; and what we think we become.
However, if we continually produce the physiology of ZEST, you’ll have great enthusiastic energy for life—and, what we think we become.
Your new enthusiastic energy attracts the opportunities and the right people to you.
ZEST means you're naturally curious and that leads you to your purpose and passion, as fruity as that sounds, it's what happens.
What we’re doing is controlling our forward momentum, going from a cortisol dominant physiology (hesitate, second guessing ourselves) —>to a DHEA dominant one where opportunities, optimism and great energy fuels us.
Energy is the currency of life, and how you show up pays your way, and the bottom line is: your physiology controls it!
Remove the bottlenecks in your physiology by optimising your four main hormone systems, gaining the system by having trophic support for the brain and you WILL Show Up 💪
This week has had me like 🤯😴
It’s actually been a great week, but my mind and body are just struggling!
With all the germs 😷 getting around at the moment, I’ve been wondering if my system has been fighting something off from entering which has led to me feeling pretty flat.
So, things I’ve been doing this week to help my body keep healthy 👇🏻
🌿On Guard on the bottoms of feet
🌿Allllll the uplifting and Fatigue-support oils (think Douglas Fir, Motivate, Eucalyptus, Basil)
🌿Rest (yep, I skipped the gym this week and replaced it with rest)
🌿Eating nutrient-dense food (and yes, I may have been eating Spinach leaves from the bag everyday...don’t judge 🙈🙊 nom nom)
Also, when the 3pm slump hits and my loves it’s Friday so it may hit HARD, ditch the chocolate and grab a handful of nuts and Motivate (apply to pulse points) instead 👌🏻

📍This is something I’ve always been aware of, but hearing the fabulous @manifestationbabe use it as an empowering rallying cry was just the reaffirming message I needed this week.
📍If we’re truly living, we’re consistently evolving and growing. Just like I spoke on yesterday, we can use forgiveness to get unstuck, but we need to keep moving forward. .
📍Part of stepping into our higher selves, and taking those small moment by moment changes in action, is changing our language. What we say is absorbed by our subconscious and manifests itself into the world. 🌎 .
📍In the #moneyismybae challenge, that would mean learning the language of money. .
📍In the Boundary Babe community, that would mean watching how you talk about yourself. Words are deeply powerful. When you speak of yourself negatively, that gives others permission to treat you how you treat yourself. .
📍Match your words to your intentions of where you want to go. Take out the “some day” in your internal dialogue and the negativity. When you do, you’ll make internal space to call in your desires.

Last September I was teaching online 20 hours a week, waitressing every weekend plus 2 week nights and trying to put energy into a fitness business that I had lost passion for.
I was annoyed that I had to return to work when Laiken was 5 weeks old. But in reality I started teaching classes when she was 5 days old because we desperately needed money.
I was running around doing so many things that we had zero family time. My husband went back to work right after I got out of the hospital.
I just felt like life was passing me by. Drop kids off. Go to work. Get kids. Sleep. Repeat. It got so old fast.
I'm thankful a new opportunity presented itself. I just knew something had to change. I didn't want to keep doing what I was doing and putting my family last.

As an introverted and highly sensitive person, society told me all my life that something was wrong with me. And although I believed it for quite sometime, I eventually realized my introversion & highly sensitive nature ( #HSP) was a strength that allowed me to connect deeply with others in meaningful ways. Soon enough, through personal introspection, I began to better understand the recurring thoughts in my head. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
😓 Whenever I was majorly stressed, I felt like my emotions were out of control. However, it was just a matter of me not knowing how to MANAGE my emotions effectively. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
😔 As an HSP, you feel everything IMMENSELY. So of course I'm going to cry when the daughter reunites with her father after 23 years or when the person with depression takes their first step into therapy. Accepting your emotions is powerful & not weak at all.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
😥 I used to not be able to talk on the phone, order food at restaurants or make any eye contact with people. Through slow & steady exposure, as well as supportive folks by my side, I didn't have to break down in social situations on my own. I allowed space for forgiveness & grace.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
😟 "Eril is so awkward." ok, listen. Big groups were never my thing, and I always kept quiet in the back. ... But one day, I spoke up & shone my light. I pulled someone to the side to speak. I sent a long email to a facilitator. I took steps to shift my approach & though it took time, I made progress I'm proud of.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I always emphasize that inner work isn't easy, but wow, it is CRUCIAL for major change. What negative patterns do you want to break? Lmk below ⬇
Been really pushing myself to focus on the good in my life ✨ Reflecting on what is working and letting go of the (sometimes constant) negative stuff that isn’t serving me.
I’ve heard someone say that every time we ruminate on a negative experience or thought process, your body releases the same stress hormones it did when you were actually going through the ordeal the first time. So replaying it over and over in your mind has real physical consequences in addition to making you feel irritable and crappy all the time.
It’s not that I don’t believe in the value of venting or talking it out with people you trust, but I’ve been really aware of that line between “talking it out” and complaining and since then I’ve tried to stop the complaining before it starts 💪
I’m not perfect at it but it’s really making a difference. I’m also making an effort to think about the great things that DID happen during the day and replace the negative thoughts with those more uplighting thoughts.
Not because I think we should be happy 24/7 but because I really believe that @oprah was right when she said “The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.” 🙌☀️
Mental health requires exercise just like physical health does, and each time I observe myself complaining and replace the thoughts with something more constructive, my mind gets stronger and healthier, and that’s an incredible feeling ☺️
