Throw back on a Sunday night as I sit here and reflect on the Olympia from this weekend. I’m motivated more than ever right now and am in the zone. Here’s a throwback to May 2017. This is just as powerful today as it was 2.5 years ago.
So incredibly proud of this GritHealth client! This genuinely pulls at our heartstrings. Transformations are not always about weight loss. They're often more mental and psychological than they are physical. Lauren has gone from 90 lbs to 114 lbs. She used to consume 500 calories a day and was scared to death to get to 1000. But as she said herself, my constant lecturing finally got through to her that calories are not the enemy. She now eats over 1,900 calories daily.
