A lot of people think you start working out to “impress the ladies” or “get attention” I personally started working out because I was tired of being small, I was tired of feeling depressed when I would take my shirt off in front of family, I was tired of feeling insecure about my body and feeling to insecure to go on dates and talk to people or make new friends. I completely secluded myself half my life because I was so damaged. I started working out, I completely fell in love with the feeling after working out, I fell in love with the soreness, I fell I love with the process. I never wanted to rush anything I completely enjoyed everything about it. I never started lifting because I wanted to get buff to impress women, I never wanted to get buff to intimidate other people. I didn’t want to be in shape to judge or look down on people who don’t live the same lifestyle. This is my journey, and I absolutely loved every bit of the process. Sometimes we forget who we are, sometimes we forget that we have actually grown and changed for the better. No matter how tough things are for you and no matter how impossible things seem, keep pushing forward because the bumpy road, that’s just the journey to your finally destination. 💪🏾🙌🏽 —————————————————————-

Boa noite pessoal, muitos acreditam que para alcançar a hipertrofia muscular, basta pegar pesado na musculação e treinar só com séries de 8-12 reps. No entanto, para obter um crescimento muscular significativo e natural, é necessária a união de diversos fatores. A combinação de uma dieta específica, suplementação, rotina de treino e descanso, é essencial.

Sabe-se que as fibras do tipo 2 são as maiores e mais fortes, e muitos querem saber qual a melhor forma de estimulá-las. Até pouco tempo atrás imaginava-se que somente com cargas altas e poucas repetições isso era possível. Será?

Estudo de Morton (2016) avaliou 49 homens jovens treinados durante 12 semanas.
Os indivíduos foram divididos em 2 grupos, um de alta-repetição (20-25) com cargas leves (30 a 50% 1RM) e o outro com baixa-repetição (8-12) e cargas altas 75-90%, todos até a FALHA MUSCULAR.

Os resultados mostraram que tanto fibras do tipo I como do tipo II tiveram os MESMOS níveis de HIPERTROFIA. Portanto, para quem quer hipertrofia o importante é treinar até a falha, não sendo muito relevante nem o peso nem o número de repetições.

OBS: Vale destacar que antes de dar início ao processo de hipertrofia muscular, é recomendável procurar ajuda de um profissional de educação física, para que o mesmo indique e acompanhe o seu treinamento.
