Let’s talk about stress…
This happens to me, every day. It is something normal that you should experience in life, and it is necessary. It is what helps you to swerve at the car wheel when an animal jumps in front, to be able to react to unexpected situations, it is what life provided our ancestors so that they could survive a tiger attack.
Now, let’s transport us several millions of years to this date, and we are constantly multitasking, juggling too many things, moving too quickly and on the way being overstimulated. We are “surviving” that same stress that helped our ancestors, it is just wearing our body down and causing anxiety, pain and inflammation.
When we are on this overstress situation, every single part of your boy is affected, one way or another. It affects our sleeping habits, our temperature body, our digestive system, how we absorb nutrients and our hormonal balance (check my stories later today). These are facts.
So what can you do about it?
😴You can rest to help your body recover
🥬 You can eat better, take some high-quality supplements, like Omegas and vitamins B and D
🧘♀️ You can meditate or walk on the grass barefoot every morning. Soak on the first dew of the morning.
🏃♀️ You can exercise, walk the dog, attend a gym class.
💧You can do some aromatherapy with essential oils, this works very quickly for many people, to help calm your mind and reset it.
😄You can connect with people, smile at them, talk to them. You can imagine sharing good fortune and good fortune will respond.
Let’s connect because I’m ready for more smiles coming my way.
