When I write my thoughts down in my journal, I feel that a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders......
I have kept a journal off and on since I was younger and my foot writing has changed since I have gotten older, but it helps to write what I am thinking in a place where it’s scared to me.
Have you ever kept a journal?
Anytime I was feeling super stressed I would:
—> I would tense up
—> Be angry with the people that was around me
—> Bottle things up inside me
—> I write down what I was feeling
—> I write down what happened during the day that was tensing
—> I write down what is bothering me to not bottle things inside me
Now, picture this......
—> where you can write down things and the weight has been lifted from your shoulders
—> Where you are not tense during the day
—> Where you can write what’s troubling you and feel that you are not stressed and a weights been lifted
