Im a lil slav squatter 😂 Just banged out the most amazing leg day ever! I did a lot of mobility beforehand... Pigeon stretch, frog stretch, grok squats, cat/cow, butterflies.. Literally the worst because my hips were extremely tight. As per usual. #gamerlife But despite all that, I did my stretches and had a bangin work out! Warmup: Mobility shtuff 5 x 8 Low bar squats (115lbs) 3 x 8 Reverse lunges (45lbs) 4 x 12 American/romanian barbell deadlifts (45lbs) 4 x 10 Unilateral leg press (175lbs) Superset with 4 x 10 bilateral leg press 4 x 10 Rope pull throughs (60lbs) Needless to say, Im sure my legs are going to be crying tomorrow. Breaaaaaakfast!! And I finally bought an omelette pan which means that my omelettes wont turn into ugly scrambles anymore. Im only 23, but you know youre old when you get excited about omelette pans & trips to the grocery store. That may also be because Im in love with cooking, but who knows 😝 In this whole meal, weve got: 34C/18F/43P. Around 465KCAL. The carbs come from the orange juice (with pulp - I really like the oasis brand because its a little watered down and not as sweet/acidic as Tropicana) and guac, the fat from the cheese (havarti, omnomnom) and the protein from the egg whites and cheese! I never count my veggies because frankly the ten extra carbs per serving dont phase me at all lmao. I used ~150g of egg whites, 30g of cheese + half a cup of chopped onion and red pepper. Guacamole to top it all off! In the coffee cup is just a homebrewed black iced coffee :) my roomie and I brew around 100g of coffee grounds in our French press for 24-48hrs and then add ice and voila! Coffee! I mean, he adds milk and cream and sugar but I cant stand taking my coffee in any other way except black, lol. Like my soul. Eating healthy doesnt have to be boring or played out. Im always finding new ways to spice up my ~meal life~.
