Happy Friday all. So relieved it’s the weekend! Looking forward to doing absolutely f all 😂. I’ve altered my workouts slightly and rather than incorporating my usual glute exercises with hams & quads etc I’ve started dedicating 2 days a week solely to glute exercises as I feel like my quads are big enough and I don’t want to build any more muscle only maintain and I can already tell the difference in shape. I did this one today, give it a go 👌🏾. So I haven’t been myself lately & really began to loose focus on my goals. Not just in fitness but in a few aspects of my life, but I’m waking up today remembering the strength that I have & the self drive that I can never allow myself to loose! No matter how hard life gets it’s so important to remember that you’re the only person that can turn it around. There nothing wrong with giving yourself time to feel your emotions, just never let them consume you 🌸
Abs is not on my workout plan today (because I personally hate it) but this gym ball has been taunting me the moment I entered the gym 🤣 so after my 30 mins of cardio I decided to give it a go and sad to say, the gym ball won. I am really bad at balancing and it just made me dislike abs workout even more.
