Personal Post Coming At Ya 💥 The picture on the left is from 2014, and the picture on the right was taken just last month. I am so happy in both of these pictures. However, looking back at the pictures from that beautiful day in 2014 found me feeling disgusted with myself. I had to work EXTREMELY hard to remind myself that “beauty is on the inside.” Although, yes, I believe this to be true.... in all honesty, I wasn’t healthy. I was in a place in life where I lived life from one day to the next. No goals. No dreams. No passion. Fast forward to last month... or even today... & I have achieved so many accomplishments in life, in so many different ways. Those of you who know me personally, know what many of these “accomplishments” are. I am mentally stronger. I am making choices in life that are important to me. I am physically stronger. I have found a passion for health and fitness. & most importantly, I believe in myself. I know that whatever I want in life, I can work for and make happen. Life is a beautiful thing. Make it EVERYTHING you want & more! 😘
